[name_m]Hi[/name_m] there.
Here are my thoughts:
Boys-
[name_m]Koa[/name_m] Grey-I love [name_m]Koa[/name_m]. It’s so sweet & nature-y & just the right amount of exotic. [name_m]Grey[/name_m] is fine as a middle name. It doesn’t excite me, but I don’t dislike it. I love the combos of [name_m]Koa[/name_m] [name_m]Atlas[/name_m], [name_m]Koa[/name_m] [name_m]Dashiell[/name_m] [name_m]Koa[/name_m] [name_m]Bastian[/name_m].
[name_m]Storm[/name_m] Wilder-I think that [name_m]Wilder[/name_m] is cool, & I can get on board with [name_m]Storm[/name_m] as a middle name (or a cat name!), but this whole combo is too word-y. Reminds me of a wild storm, which I don’t love.
Luka-Love [name_m]Luka[/name_m]. So sweet. Kind of like [name_m]Koa[/name_m] in that it’s handsome & masculine but still soft. I do prefer [name_m]Luca[/name_m], but am not too upset about [name_m]Luka[/name_m].
Reign-I don’t mind [name_f]Rain[/name_f], but this spelling feels kind of pretentious.
Alakai-This is really cool.
Cedar-I love the tree vibe here. I don’t like the sound as much, but it’s neat. Definitely like it for a middle name.
Rocko-Hm. I’d spell it [name_m]Rocco[/name_m], but either way, it’s not my style. Hard to not picture a big mobster like tough guy.
Briar-Maybe as a middle name. A bit feminine, but also…too masculine for a girl. One of those names that’s in the middle.
[name_m]Ozzy[/name_m] Wild-I don’t mind [name_m]Ozzy[/name_m] as a nn for [name_m]Oscar[/name_m] or [name_m]Oslo[/name_m]. I don’t love it on its own. [name_m]Ozzy[/name_m] [name_m]Wild[/name_m] reminds me too much of [name_m]Ozzy[/name_m] [name_m]Osbourn[/name_m]. I guess because he’s wild…
Legend-Kind of like [name_f]Reign[/name_f] for me.
Rio-I don’t mind this. Nameberry has it pink, but feels more masculine to me. Kind of cool & different but simple.
Phoenix-I love it in theory. It’s just hard to picture as a name.
Salem-It’s okay. I don’t think that the sound is that pretty.
Apollo-Cool as middle name; just a bit much as a first for my tastes.
Knox-That’s handsome. [name_f]Posh[/name_f] & smart but lovable.
Everest-I love [name_m]Everett[/name_m]. [name_m]Everest[/name_m] feels a little trendier.
Atlas-Love [name_m]Atlas[/name_m]. It’s hard to picture as a first name, but I really love the sound & vibe of it.
[name_m]Jasper[/name_m] Kai-I like [name_m]Kai[/name_m] a as a middle name. I think that [name_m]Caspar[/name_m] is darling, but for some reason don’t like [name_m]Jasper[/name_m].
Ares-Kind of cool & different.
Skye-That’s beautiful. I love it on a girl…I think it’s fine on a boy too. Maybe would do [name_m]Sky[/name_m] instead. Feels a tad more masculine somehow.
Atticus-Super cute & I love all of the nns like [name_f]Atty[/name_f], [name_m]Ace[/name_m], [name_m]Gus[/name_m] & [name_m]Kit[/name_m]. A tad trendy, but a cool name.
[name_f]Shiloh[/name_f]-

Azreal-It sounds a little bit like an evil wizard to me…because I’m old and watched The Smurfs!
[name_m]Hawk[/name_m] Everest-I think that [name_m]Hawk[/name_m] could be neat as a nn for something. Like [name_m]Hawthorne[/name_m]!
August-Smart & handsome.
Huck-I think it’s okay a middle.
Girls-
[name_f]Scout[/name_f] Arabella-I like [name_f]Scout[/name_f] as a nn for [name_f]Susanna[/name_f].
Poppy-Cute, but just too cute. I like this better as a nn too…for [name_f]Penelope[/name_f]!
[name_f]Shiloh[/name_f] Raven-Shiloh is so beautiful, but I think I’m okay with it on a girl, even though I much prefer it on a boy. [name_f]Raven[/name_f] isn’t pretty enough to go with the slightly more masculine [name_f]Shiloh[/name_f] though. It’s too dark. I’d do something more gentle as a middle. Maybe [name_f]Shiloh[/name_f] [name_f]Clover[/name_f] or [name_f]Shiloh[/name_f] [name_f]Magnolia[/name_f].
River-This I love for a boy too. I even know a pretty young lady named this, & still can’t get used to it for a girl.
Magnolia-Really neat. I love the imagery & sound of this. It’s a little much as a full name, but I like the idea of [name_f]Magnolia[/name_f] nn [name_f]Molly[/name_f].
[name_f]Ivy[/name_f] Evangeline-I’m okay with [name_f]Ivy[/name_f]. Not a fan of [name_f]Evangeline[/name_f] at all. The whole combo is too ‘v’ heavy for me as well.
Aspen-I like the vibe but not really the sound.
[name_m]Dallas[/name_m] Quinn-Both names are more boyish in my opinion.
Briar-I like the botanical connection, but just not the way it sounds that much.
[name_f]Nix[/name_f] or Nixx-Maybe [name_f]Nix[/name_f] would be cute as a nn for something. Not sure what though.
Azalea-Ooh, pretty. Underused floral gem.
[name_f]Fern[/name_f] Arabella-Fern is really charming. [name_f]Arabella[/name_f] is pretty too.
Meadow-I want to like it, but haven’t gotten used to it as a name yet. Nice as a middle.
Clover-And yet I love this one!
[name_f]Juniper[/name_f] Sage-I like [name_f]Juniper[/name_f] okay. I actually know four of these though! And one [name_m]Junot[/name_m].
Eden-That’s nice.
[name_f]Hope[/name_f] this helps.
