I’m re-visiting my re-naming journey. I want a fresh new list, a name that I will love, but isn’t completely different from my current name. My current name is [name_f]Ebony[/name_f] and my style of names can be seen in my signature below or visiting this list. Names that sound okay with [name_f]Ebony[/name_f] in the middle are preferred as I will be swapping [name_f]Ebony[/name_f] to the middle, although they are not a prerequisite. And one more. I keep on getting Edonea stuck in my head. I think this would fit you perfectly, Edonea [name_f]Ebony[/name_f]? Too similar together? I just think it’s beautiful, and it wouldn’t be a huge change from the name you’ve already got. It’s a medieval variant of Idhunna, the name of the Norse [name_f]Goddess[/name_f] of love and spring, and it means “again to love”.

From the Gothic [name_f]Victoriana[/name_f] list, Clarimond really stuck out to me. I think it sounds pretty good with [name_f]Ebony[/name_f], and the fact that it can be shortened to the more familiar [name_f]Claire[/name_f] is nice. Alternatively, maybe [name_f]Rosamund[/name_f]?

I’ve never heard of Edonea - I certainly am intrigued by it. [name_m]How[/name_m] is it supposed to be pronounced? Edonea [name_f]Ebony[/name_f] wouldn’t be a big change at all I don’t think, as my initials are already EE.
