As has been mentioned on here many times, the popularity of a name can vary from area to area. Since popularity can be different based upon geographical locations, I was wondering what the popular names are in your area. So, if you have children, what are the names of other children his or her age in your community? Please share your child’s age and the source of the names.
My daughter is 19 months and we go to a one year music class at the community center. The area is a weird mix of hippy, hipster, yupster, and intellectuals as it is sandwiched between a liberal college town and a large city. Here are the names in the class/es:

Yes, it’s true! [name]Don[/name]‘t you just hate when parents of girls steal perfectly good boys’ names? It’s just not fair - either to the girls, who will constantly be correcting or surprising people regarding their gender, or to the boys with the same names.
Iam an American living in [name]Paris[/name] [name]France[/name] with my french husband and my 3 little girls. I have one in school and 1 in preschool and my youngest and I are in a “mamon et moi class”.

[name]Raffy[/name] and I went to our first ‘Parent and Child’ (very politically correct) class today. I was almost more excited about discovering the names than the class itself! We live in quite an upmarket, a little artsy, area of [name]London[/name], so there were some eccentric choices. I’ve also included the names my closest friend could remember from her group.
