I love the name Cersei. I’ve only watched a few episodes of GoT, and I like it for the sound alone. Realistically, the character’s unfavorable relationship has made it unusable for me. However, I haven’t found any other name that has quite the same energy.
I like elegant sounding, usually longer names. I also like mythology or literary connections so bonuses. International variations of classic names are an option as well.
Some other favorites: [name_f]Davina[/name_f], [name_f]Octavia[/name_f], [name_f]Katarina[/name_f], [name_f]Anastasia[/name_f].
The obvious ones in my mind are [name_f]Circe[/name_f] & [name_f]Ceres[/name_f], with the modern English pronunciations SUR-see & SEHR-ees. [Classically speaking though, [name_f]Circe[/name_f] would be [name_m]KEER[/name_m]-kee in Greek and [name_f]Ceres[/name_f], KEH-rehs in Latin)
