Please please help me with my girls name list for our second child, due mid-year. Have been scoping Nameberry for a long time but need some fresh perspectives!
Looking for any suggestions that you think we might love as much as our boy choice, [name_u]Arlo[/name_u]. Boys are so much easier for us!!
Not very clear on our style category, but we do love names containing an ‘o’ sound (ie [name_f]Io[/name_f], [name_f]Noa[/name_f], [name_u]Arlo[/name_u] etc) and also tend to lean toward less common, strong yet feminine (not frilly) names for girls.
(Also, this will be our last child. So how well the girls name goes with ‘[name_u]Arlo[/name_u]’ does not matter, as there is likely to be no other siblings. Our eldest child’s name is [name_f]Maeve[/name_f]. So, we will just have [name_f]Maeve[/name_f] and [name_u]Arlo[/name_u], OR [name_f]Maeve[/name_f] and …?)
Here are some names we like, though those with * we cannot use, sadly.
I adore the name [name_f]Io[/name_f]. It was on my long list. Here are some thoughts. Not sure if you’re a nickname person, but I put some ideas about those on here as well.

[name_f]Maeve[/name_f] is completely gorgeous! And I really love [name_u]Arlo[/name_u]!
[name_f]My[/name_f] first thought was [name_f]Fiona[/name_f]: strong ‘o’ sound, feminie yet non-frilly. I also think that [name_f]Fiona[/name_f] is perfect with [name_f]Maeve[/name_f]! Other names I love for you:
