My taste in names is all over the place I love everything from [name_u]Artemis[/name_u] to [name_f]Annabel[/name_f] to [name_f]Greer[/name_f] to [name_f]Meadow[/name_f]. So, I’m curious as to what you berries would name a child fitting this description. [name_m]Feel[/name_m] free to pick names from most any genre/origin/etc.
Note this is all hypothetical, just trying to expand my horizons.
I picture my fiancé and my daughter as being petite with wavy/curly that throughout her life will probably change from red to blonde to brunette. She’ll grow up loving to read and being insatiably curious. She’ll be brought up learning to bake cookies and to play in the mud. If she’s anything like either of her parents she’ll be eager to please but have a slightly devious streak that comes out fairly often.
I see her as an animal lover, constantly enlisting the dog as her sidekick. And being just as happy hunting or fishing with the boys as putting on her pearls and playing the southern belle at home.
Once she gets older she could be a bit of a wildcard. She will probably be very bright and athletic, excelling just as much on the field/court as in the classroom. She will probably be somewhat reserved with strangers but bitingly sarcastic with close friends. She’ll probably be independent and head strong. Most likely she’ll have dark, thick, wavy hair, bright green eyes, light skin that tans easily, and she’ll be average height but naturally very thin.
Obviously I understand my future child could be nothing like this, but given the personalities at play here this description is what comes to mind.
Intelligent, loving, willful and sparky names… It would have to be short, bold, and with a quirky “different” feel. The one that popped immediately into my head is [name_u]Alix[/name_u]. Maybe Saffy, which could be short for [name_f]Sapphire[/name_f]. Ot:
Hmmm… I like the idea of a classic with an edgy nn…
[name_f]Caroline[/name_f] nn [name_f]Callie[/name_f] or [name_u]Ollie[/name_u]?!
[name_f]Magnolia[/name_f] nn [name_f]Maggie[/name_f]
[name_f]Elizabeth[/name_f] nn [name_f]Lizzie[/name_f] really seems fitting to me.
[name_f]Savannah[/name_f], [name_u]Darcy[/name_u], and [name_u]Harper[/name_u]
[name_f]Kate[/name_f], grace, and autumn all seem fitting as well.
Good luck!!
I second [name_f]Elizabeth[/name_f] nn [name_f]Lizzie[/name_f]. She would have to go solely by [name_f]Lizzie[/name_f] though.

[name_u]Vesper[/name_u] is one I haven’t considered… I’ll have to mull that one over a bit.
Puzzlesarecool: I love [name_f]Charlotte[/name_f] for the nickname [name_u]Charlie[/name_u] unfortunately it’s too similar to my own name, and [name_f]Alice[/name_f] is beautiful.
She sounds just how I’d want my daughter(s) to be (if I’m lucky enough to have one)
One of my favourite names is [name_u]Evelyn[/name_u]. It’s classic, and very feminine however it can be shortened to [name_f]Eve[/name_f], [name_f]Eva[/name_f] or, my favourite, [name_f]Linnie[/name_f].

[name_u]Harper[/name_u]
I actually know two girls that match this description almost to a “T”. There names are [name_f]Ingrid[/name_f] (about 23 yrs.) and [name_f]Marguerite[/name_f] (about 30). Very nice people!
I love [name_f]Isla[/name_f] and [name_f]Serena[/name_f], though I think I slightly prefer [name_u]Seren[/name_u].
Aggielou: [name_f]Greer[/name_f] is my hands down absolute favorite name ever! Fiancé? Not so much. It’s my mission to change his mind on this one before we actually have kids. I also love so many of your suggestions… [name_f]Mila[/name_f], [name_u]Ever[/name_u], [name_u]Collins[/name_u], [name_m]Ramsey[/name_m], and [name_u]Rowan[/name_u] are all on my list and [name_f]Maren[/name_f] would be but my cousin has a Mairin. Good stuff.
