I’m pretty sure we’re going to name this baby Inés or Eloísa if it ends up being a girl. However, since I still have a number of months left I’m still considering our options. My most favorite girl name is Noemí, and it is already DD’s middle name, so I couldn’t use it as this baby’s first name. So I’m wondering what names you all think have a similar “feel” to Noemí.
[name]Noelle[/name] or [name]Leonie[/name] (my daughter’s name!)
[name]Naomi[/name] is the only one that comes to my mind, might still be too close
Instead of [name]Noelle[/name], we’d probably do [name]Noelia[/name]. I considered [name]Noelia[/name] long ago, but I’m not sure I’ve ever asked DH about it. Thanks for the replies so far!
[name]Noa[/name] or [name]Noah[/name], [name]Naima[/name], Neyema, [name]Mia[/name], [name]Emily[/name]
[name]Noemi[/name] is my cousin’s name! :). She is 8. Spelled like that. She pronounces the [name]Naomi[/name] way because we live in the U.S. But it is her grandma’s name who lives in Mexico which they pronounce it No-[name]Amy[/name].
Noelle maybe.
[name]Eleni[/name] comes to mind.
[name]Eleni[/name] is a really good suggestion, @jesba! [name]Noemi[/name] also reminds me of Cleome.
