I know about [name]Lilian[/name], [name]Liliana[/name], and [name]Lilia[/name] – anything else that gets the NN [name]Lily[/name]? I love the name but the popularity of the name itself puts me off a bit.
I’d use [name]Lily[/name] as a nickname for [name]Elizabeth[/name].
[name]Susannah[/name] means ‘graceful lily’, so that could work (as well as for any of its variations). [name]Lilia[/name], [name]Delilah[/name] and [name]Elizabeth[/name] are also great, unusual ways to get [name]Lily[/name]. ([name]Elizabeth[/name] isn’t unusual, but the nickname [name]Lily[/name] for it is).
Lillibeth and [name]Lilibet[/name]. [name]Elisabetta[/name] and [name]Isabetta[/name] are a stretch but maybe.
I’ve heard that [name]Eulalie[/name] is pronounced like “you-lily” in English. I think that would work (that is, if that’s how it’s pronounced).
