Names that suggest "pink" or "blossom"?

So the hubby and I like “[name]Elisabeth[/name] [name]Lilac[/name]” as our main choice (we are not pregnant yet, but was told by my doctor multiples are HIGHLY possible!).

I wanted ideas for names that suggest pink, cherry blossom (my husband proposed during cherry blossom season!).

So our naming stategy consists of a classical name, paired with a fun, flower or color name - some of our other name combos:

[name]Caroline[/name] [name]Primrose[/name]

[name]Mary[/name] [name]Scarlett[/name] (his mom’s name is [name]Mary[/name])

[name]Emerald[/name] [name]Jayne[/name] (my mom’s mn is [name]Jayne[/name])

[name]Dorothea[/name] [name]Poppy[/name]

[name]Eleanor[/name] [name]Azure[/name]

And I cannot for the life of me come up with an acceptable name that has pink or cherry blossom in it…thanks!

The Japanese name “[name]Sakura[/name]” means cherry blossom. I’ll try to research more names so that you can have more options.

[name]Cerise[/name] is “cherry” in French…

Kersen is “cherry” in Indonesian/Polynesian languages.

Lets see…

[name]Sakura[/name] (Means “[name]Cherry[/name] [name]Blossom[/name]”)
Anthena (Means “[name]Blossom[/name] or [name]Flower[/name]”)
[name]Thalia[/name] (Means “To blossom”)
[name]Heather[/name] (The flowers are white or pink)
Fuschia ([name]Pink[/name] color)
[name]Eglantine[/name] (From the English word for the flower Sweetbriar)
[name]Calanthe[/name] (Name of an orchid meaning “Beautiful flower”)
Lakshimi (A goddess who’s symbol is a lotus flower)
[name]Petunia[/name] ([name]Flower[/name])
[name]Prunella[/name] (From the English word for a flower also known as self-heal)

HTH!

The name [name]Leilani[/name] is a beautiful Hawaiian name meaning “heavenly blossoms”. Not sure if it goes with your name style, but a gorgeous name nonetheless.

[name]Rosa[/name]
[name]Flora[/name]
[name]Anthea[/name] “blossom, flower”
[name]Thalia[/name] “to blossom”
[name]April[/name] “to open” referring to flowers opening. Is this the month he proposed? [name]March[/name] would be another good one.
[name]Hana[/name] “flower”
