Our sons last name will be [name_m]Milton[/name_m] and we want a name that flows with it. Any suggestions or advice would be appreciated
I’d avoid things that end in “n,” especially [name_m]John[/name_m] (unless you really are into the poet, in which case, by all means, go for it!)
What kinds of names do you already like?
Going completely blind, maybe [name_m]Arthur[/name_m] or [name_m]Cyrus[/name_m]?
[name_m]Eli[/name_m] comes to mind. Or,
[name_m]Jasper[/name_m]
[name_u]Noah[/name_u]
[name_m]Trevor[/name_m]
[name_m]Silas[/name_m]
[name_m]Alexander[/name_m]
some names we like are tucker, austin, jude, graham, adam, roy, and finn
I generally agree with the previous poster that -n names—especially two-syllable—don’t sound as good, though some one-syllable options could work. What about…
[name_m]Alec[/name_m]
[name_u]Carter[/name_u]
[name_u]Chase[/name_u]
[name_m]Jack[/name_m]
[name_u]Rhys[/name_u] / [name_u]Reese[/name_u]
[name_u]Sawyer[/name_u]
[name_u]Tate[/name_u]
[name_m]Vaughn[/name_m]
[name_m]Wesley[/name_m] (or just [name_m]Wes[/name_m]!)
[name_m]Wyatt[/name_m]
I really like [name_m]Graham[/name_m] [name_m]Milton[/name_m] and [name_u]Finn[/name_u] [name_m]Milton[/name_m], despite the -n, -n endings there with [name_u]Finn[/name_u].
Other suggestions:
[name_m]Henry[/name_m]
[name_u]Sawyer[/name_u]
[name_m]Oliver[/name_m]
[name_m]Jack[/name_m]
[name_u]James[/name_u]
[name_m]Asher[/name_m]
[name_m]Jasper[/name_m]
[name_u]Theo[/name_u]
[name_u]August[/name_u]
[name_m]Leo[/name_m]
[name_u]Parker[/name_u]
[name_u]Reed[/name_u]
