Expecting our third baby to join [name_f]Scarlett[/name_f] [name_f]Olivia[/name_f] and [name_f]Claire[/name_f] [name_f]Madison[/name_f]. Not sure on gender yet. We have a boy’s name picked out and are struggling with girl’s names.
We originally were thinking about using [name_f]Annette[/name_f] nn [name_f]Annie[/name_f] after my partner’s grandma but we aren’t sold. All of us go by our full name and not nicknames so we aren’t sure it fits.

I think with [name_f]Scarlett[/name_f], [name_f]Annette[/name_f] sounds too similar. But “just” [name_f]Annie[/name_f]? Perfection! Definitely would still work as in honor of baby’s great-grandmother!

The three names you have listed are the right vein for your family and lack nn potential like your other two. I do love honor names so I’m inclined toward [name_f]Annette[/name_f] but would move it to mn bc of [name_f]Scarlett[/name_f]. I also like [name_f]Annie[/name_f] as a given name.
I truly like the three listed equally in your family. Would probably come down to flow with ln for me given the choices.
I’d also be inclined to use [name_f]Annette[/name_f] as the mn with any of them. It is particularly nice with [name_f]Iris[/name_f]. Good luck!
Our last name starts with the Hay sound so any name that starts with that sound repetitive to me but I do like [name_f]Haven[/name_f]!
I would recommend not using [name_f]Annette[/name_f], even though I love it, because of the word [name_f]Clarinet[/name_f].
I would go for Lydia Jane or Iris Juliet.
I like Gwen Victoria - but the others suit the existing girls’ names a bit better imo and I like that they all get their own letter & syllable count but the L in Lydia and Juliet ties them together. Plus Gwen Victoria is somewhat Queen Victoria.
Otherwise, Annabel nn Annie could also be good as an honour to Annette (which is too close to Scarlett I think).

I think maybe using a ‘Anne’ name like [name_f]Annabel[/name_f], [name_f]Annalise[/name_f], [name_f]Anya[/name_f], [name_f]Annika[/name_f] or just [name_f]Annie[/name_f] would be lovely working well as a tribute to [name_f]Annette[/name_f].
