Names that honor Ermie or her full name Ermintrude?
Last name is Noseworthy.
My first idea was to try to pick a nickname for Ermintrude that you could use as a first or middle name. I think both [name]Minnie[/name] and [name]Trudy[/name] work, and they’re cute. [name]Minty[/name] would be a little quirkier, [name]Tru[/name] or [name]True[/name] a little more modern-sounding and streamlined, though I prefer [name]True[/name] on a boy. [name]True[/name] might also present teasing problems with the last name Noseworthy.
You could also use the full name, Ermintrude, as a middle name. I take it you’re not in love with it as a first name!

I can’t imagine why you don’t want to name your daughter Ermintrude Noseworthy. 
I like [name]Aurora[/name]'s suggestion of picking a nickname for Ermintrude that you like. Maybe [name]Emmie[/name]?
Using the letters from Ermintrude you can get [name]Eden[/name], [name]Erin[/name], or [name]Irene[/name].
