So, I love the name Cami, but would like to use something longer, and was wondering what names you could think of that would be shortened down into it. I think I’d like something quite girly, in a more traditional sense, but not super common.
[name_u]Cameron[/name_u], [name_u]Camille[/name_u] and [name_f]Camilla[/name_f] came to mind.
There’s a big YouTuber named [name_u]Camden[/name_u] who goes by [name_f]Cammie[/name_f]
Not super traditional, but [name_f]Cambria[/name_f] is an option.
[name_f]Camellia[/name_f]
[name_f]Camry[/name_f]
[name_f]Cambria[/name_f]
[name_u]Camille[/name_u]
[name_f]Cambry[/name_f] / [name_f]Cambree[/name_f]
[name_f]Camella[/name_f]
Camina
[name_f]Camia[/name_f] / Camea / Cammia / Cammea
Camilla/Camille are the ones that I think of. I have heard of people using [name_u]Carmen[/name_u] and [name_f]Carmela[/name_f] but [name_f]Cami[/name_f] isn’t a very obvious nickname. There’s also [name_u]Campbell[/name_u]. It’s not traditionally feminine, but just thought I’d mention it as another option.
[name_f]Camila[/name_f]
[name_f]Camelia[/name_f]
[name_f]Clara[/name_f] [name_f]Amelie[/name_f]
[name_u]Camille[/name_u]
[name_f]Camella[/name_f]
[name_f]Camellia[/name_f]
[name_u]Camden[/name_u]
Camryn/Cameron
[name_u]Campbell[/name_u]
[name_f]Cambria[/name_f]
[name_f]Clementine[/name_f]
[name_f]Clarimond[/name_f]
[name_u]Carmen[/name_u]
[name_f]Carmela[/name_f]
[name_u]Camille[/name_u] or [name_f]Camilla[/name_f]! If you want something truly unique, then [name_f]Camellia[/name_f] is an option (flower name). I’ve always thought it was gorgeous!
Like the berries before me, my mind also went straight to [name_u]Camille[/name_u], especially since the [name_u]French[/name_u] traditional pronunciation is ca-MI-yuh - roughly. [name_u]Or[/name_u] [name_f]Camellia[/name_f] if you want something truly girly and frilly. I also like the suggestion of [name_f]Cambria[/name_f].
Camellia, Camille, Camila, Carmen
