Popularity is often off-putting to some choosing names. However, are there names you actually want to become popular? Maybe names you like but would never use and having nothing to lose? Names you just love hearing? Names with a good meaning?
Most of the names I like are popular lol
I kind of want to see more Chandras. Never met one.
I wish more people used consonant (sound) ending girl names like [name_f]Cecile[/name_f], [name_u]Simone[/name_u], [name_f]Nadine[/name_f], [name_f]Maxine[/name_f], [name_u]Honor[/name_u], [name_f]Esther[/name_f], [name_f]Ines[/name_f], [name_f]Celeste[/name_f], [name_f]Delphine[/name_f], [name_f]Ingrid[/name_f], etc.
Those names feel so chic, mature and understatedly beautiful to me, and would be a lovely change from the -a and -ee ending girl names of the moment.
I would love to see more babies with older names.
Gretchen, [name_u]Howard[/name_u], [name_m]Harold[/name_m], [name_f]Esther[/name_f], etc. I think they’re very cute and mature with the child.
I know right now the biggest trends are A-, E-, I-, O-, and L- names.
And while there are some on the Top 100 with these letters, I’d really like to see more consonant-centric names resurge. Particularly B, D, F, K, P, R, T, and W.
