Naming a third girl!

Congratulations on your newest addition. I am sure many parents find it increasingly difficult to choose a name they love the more their family expands. They know more children, they’ve already used the names they loved or most agreed on, and their old favourites may not sound fresh anymore.

But there isn’t one right way to name a child. Many parents have to compromise on every name they use from their first child to their last. They may have conflicting cultural and family considerations, they may like very different styles, they may take turns naming each child and so on. The thing to do is accept that this time is different, and make the best decision you can for the situation you’re in.

Any of the names on your list would be a great choice. You may also like:

I would lean into the name you both enjoy best and give yourself some grace for feeling less excitement this time. Your daughter will make you more fond of the name as it becomes her.
