I have honor names on my list for my 2nd and 3rd grade teachers and my high school history teacher because of the impact they had on my life. Your therapist clearly had a similar impact on your life and I don’t find it odd at all to want to honor them, no matter how long ago it was - it was clearly a lifelong change they made on you and I think that’s beautiful. What a beautiful reason to want to honor somebody. Go for it.
