DS#1 is [name]Liam[/name] [name]David[/name]. It was a name we had picked out early and never wavered from. Now I am about 35 weeks along with DS#2 and we are all over the place with names.
Our issue mostly is we both want [name]Clayton[/name] as a middle name (family name) but our last name begins with C. [name]Colin[/name] was our first choice but that is way to many Cs.
These are names that are on the list (that we both agree on.)
My favourite on your list is [name]Rhys[/name]…and I also think it goes best with [name]Liam[/name]. [name]Rhys[/name] [name]Clayton[/name] sounds great in my opinion. Good luck!
I really like [name]Rhys[/name] [name]Clayton[/name] or [name]Miles[/name] [name]Clayton[/name]! Name-wise, [name]Rhys[/name] would be my preferred choice for a FN, but I think [name]Liam[/name] and [name]Miles[/name] sounds lovely for brothers. As combos, I like [name]Rhys[/name] [name]Clayton[/name] and [name]Miles[/name] [name]Clayton[/name] about equally. I don’t think you could go wrong with either choice–they’re both lovely!
All four are decent options, but I also give [name]Rhys[/name] and [name]Miles[/name] the edge, because [name]Colin[/name] and [name]Brennan[/name] do have that -en sound at the end, which echoes [name]Clayton[/name] a little too closely.
Another vote for [name]Rhys[/name]! I agree that [name]Colin[/name] [name]Clayton[/name] C…is too many C’s, and [name]Colin[/name] and [name]Brennan[/name] are a little rhymey with [name]Clayton[/name]. [name]Rhys[/name] goes so well with [name]Liam[/name] too. [name]Miles[/name] is nice as well (it’s my hubby’s name so I’m biased) but it is very popular these days. I am in the same boat as you with DS#2 but am due in less than a week. Good luck!
I am another fan of [name]Rhys[/name]. [name]Miles[/name] is nice too and would be my second choice, but I really just adore the way [name]Rhys[/name] [name]Clayton[/name] and [name]Liam[/name] [name]David[/name] sound together. =]
