So I like a lot of your names but I’ll start with the ones I would nix- I do think Hattie Sue and Sallie Sue sound a little too cutesy like a cartoon character from a 50s comic strip. Louella also is a bit much especially with her sister middle Louise. Of the names you both like I think Susanna Beth “Susie” and Willa Jean are the best.
My favorites unfortunately are not ones you agree on I think Rosemary, Margot, Audrey, Ruby, Mollie, Bonnie Abigail, and Felicity Joy are the best names. You could combine for something like:
