Naomi?

I think [name_f]Naomi[/name_f] is very pretty! I’ve met a couple. I pronounce it Ny-oh-mee, but I also like Nay-oh-me s. I love that it’s an old name that feels fresh.

Naomi [name_u]Rain[/name_u]
[name_f]Naomi[/name_f] [name_f]Jane[/name_f]
[name_f]Naomi[/name_f] [name_f]Janine[/name_f]
[name_f]Naomi[/name_f] [name_f]Blythe[/name_f]
[name_f]Naomi[/name_f] [name_f]Sarah[/name_f]
[name_f]Naomi[/name_f] [name_f]Catherine[/name_f]
[name_f]Naomi[/name_f] [name_f]Eliza[/name_f]
[name_f]Naomi[/name_f] [name_f]Alice[/name_f]
[name_f]Naomi[/name_f] [name_f]Lenore[/name_f]

I pronounce it like number 1 usually. I personally have never met a [name_f]Naomi[/name_f] but I think it’s a beautiful and unique name. For me, the mispronunciations and what it spells backwards is what would keep me from ever using it though.

It’s a pretty name and I know a few who wear it well. I grew up saying 2 but hear 1 more often now!

Naomi sounds like a fresh classic! I think it is a lovely name, and I have met just two Naomis. I instinctively pronounce it #1, I’ve heard #2 as well.

I’ve always disliked this name. Maybe too many students I wasn’t that wild about?

Also the nay sound is displeasing to me. It’s a fine name, but not a favorite.

I would say nay-OH-me. Middle names could be [name_f]Grace[/name_f], [name_u]Lynn[/name_u], [name_f]Rose[/name_f], [name_u]June[/name_u].

I pronounce it the 2nd way. I’m not a huge fan of the name but my friend really likes it. It is a strong name.

I think it’s pretty! I only know one. I say it nay-OH-me.
