OK, I voted for [name_f]Harriet[/name_f] [name_u]June[/name_u] before I knew the backstory. I want to change my vote to [name_f]Ottaline[/name_f] [name_u]Grey[/name_u]! I’m assuming that’s the way your grandma spelled it vs. [name_f]Ottoline[/name_f]? What a wonderful name with real family history! I don’t know how you could resist…

To clarify, my grandmas name was [name_u]June[/name_u]. [name_f]My[/name_f] other grandmas maiden name was [name_u]Grey[/name_u]. [name_f]Ottaline[/name_f] is just a name we adore. And we went with the -a spelling because it looks more feminine imo and less like [name_m]Otto[/name_m]+line smushed together.

Sorry for any confusion!

I like [name_f]Ottaline[/name_f] [name_u]June[/name_u], [name_f]Ottaline[/name_f] [name_u]Grey[/name_u] and [name_f]Ottaline[/name_f] [name_f]Rosalie[/name_f]. I prefer [name_f]Ottoline[/name_f], but [name_f]Ottaline[/name_f] is just as good.

I think [name_f]Harriet[/name_f] works best with her siblings! [name_f]Harriet[/name_f] [name_u]June[/name_u] is my favorite, followed closely by [name_f]Harriet[/name_f] [name_u]Grey[/name_u]. [name_f]Ottaline[/name_f] just isn’t really my style. As wonderful as it is, it still feels a little out there.

I voted for [name_f]Ottaline[/name_f] [name_u]June[/name_u]. It’s adorable!

[name_f]My[/name_f] vote goes to either one of them with [name_f]Rosie[/name_f] in the middle! It’s adorable that your daughter chose it and I think they both sound great.

[name_f]Ottaline[/name_f] [name_f]Rosie[/name_f] and [name_f]Harriet[/name_f] [name_f]Rosie[/name_f] are brilliant.

[name_f]Ottaline[/name_f] looks very odd to me spelled with the “a” instead of the “o”. I’m liking the shorter middle names better with your three-syllable first name choices.

1 [name_f]Ottaline[/name_f] [name_u]Grey[/name_u]
2 [name_f]Harriet[/name_f] [name_u]Grey[/name_u]
3 [name_f]Harriet[/name_f] [name_u]June[/name_u]

I like [name_f]Harriet[/name_f] but vastly prefer [name_f]Ottaline[/name_f]! That being said, I enjoy [name_f]Ottaline[/name_f] [name_u]Grey[/name_u] or [name_f]Ottaline[/name_f] [name_u]June[/name_u]. I lean a little more towards [name_u]Grey[/name_u], since your daughter [name_f]Eloise[/name_f] has a J starting middle name!

Fabulous names!!

Definitely [name_f]Harriet[/name_f] [name_u]June[/name_u], [name_f]Harriet[/name_f] [name_f]Rosalie[/name_f] or [name_f]Ottaline[/name_f] [name_f]Rosie[/name_f]. I think [name_f]Rosie[/name_f] makes a lovely MN because your daughter chose it :’)

[name_f]Harriet[/name_f] [name_u]June[/name_u] is my favorite by far. I’m not sold on [name_f]Ottaline[/name_f] (but it’s not my child of course) however [name_f]Ottaline[/name_f] [name_u]Grey[/name_u] is my favorite combo of the 3.

Thank you for all of the feedback! We still haven’t made a final decision but my favorites are probably [name_f]Ottaline[/name_f] [name_u]Grey[/name_u] and [name_f]Harriet[/name_f] [name_u]June[/name_u]. Now to figure out how to pick just one!

I do hesitate that [name_u]June[/name_u] is similar to [name_m]Julian[/name_m], but I don’t know that I care since it is just the middle, it would be a definite no if it were a first name. On the other hand, I wonder if [name_u]Grey[/name_u] doesn’t fit better anyways because it is more gender-neutral like [name_u]London[/name_u] and [name_m]Julian[/name_m] are, hmmm… I’m sure I am over thinking this, lol!

[name_f]Eloise[/name_f], [name_f]Beatrix[/name_f], and [name_f]Harriet[/name_f]

or

[name_f]Eloise[/name_f], [name_f]Beatrix[/name_f], and [name_f]Ottaline[/name_f]

(and of course [name_m]Foster[/name_m], but I feel like people will compare the girls names more, if that makes sense)

[name_f]Harriet[/name_f] [name_u]June[/name_u]! It’s one of the loveliest names I’ve heard in a while. [name_f]Eloise[/name_f], [name_f]Beatrix[/name_f], [name_m]Foster[/name_m], and [name_f]Harriet[/name_f] just sound like they belong together.

I almost voted for [name_f]Ottaline[/name_f] [name_u]June[/name_u], but then I thought about the nickname O.J… So I voted for [name_f]Harriet[/name_f] [name_u]June[/name_u]. [name_u]Love[/name_u] [name_u]June[/name_u] with either name

I like [name_f]Harriet[/name_f] [name_f]Rose[/name_f] instead of [name_f]Rosie[/name_f]

[name_u]June[/name_u] (or [name_f]Djuna[/name_f], [name_f]Juno[/name_f], [name_u]Juneau[/name_u]) [name_f]Ottaline[/name_f] would be my pick, and I’d limit [name_f]Harriett[/name_f] to the middle spot to avoid teasing, esp. if you’re in the US where it sounds more similar to hairy-ett. [name_f]Ottaline[/name_f] is charming, though!

I like [name_f]Harriet[/name_f] with the siblings, but I also like [name_f]Ottaline[/name_f] (more than [name_f]Ottoline[/name_f] to my surprise). I like [name_u]June[/name_u] and [name_f]Rosie[/name_f] as MN’s. Sorry, but although I understand [name_u]Grey[/name_u] is a family name, it’s just unappealing to me. Why give your kid the word grey as a middle name. [name_u]Grey[/name_u] is such an awful colour. [name_f]Rosie[/name_f] and [name_u]June[/name_u] are way prettier! I don’t think [name_m]Julian[/name_m] & [name_u]June[/name_u] is a problem - they’re both middle names, so I wouldn’t worry about it. I’d take the names to the hospital and see what you like when you’re there.

[name_f]Edit[/name_f]: I wouldn’t worry about teasing with [name_f]Harriet[/name_f]. [name_f]Harriet[/name_f] is a well established name, and kids won’t think of hairy-et I don’t think.

I absolutely adore [name_f]Harriet[/name_f]! [name_f]My[/name_f] cousins are called [name_f]Harriet[/name_f] and [name_f]Eloise[/name_f], and I’ve always thought that the names work perfectly together. [name_f]Harriet[/name_f] [name_u]June[/name_u] gets my vote!
