Narrowed down to two choices...I think

[name]Hi[/name] again,

I’ve posted several times about trying to find THE name for our third baby girl. I’m due in three weeks, so DH and I really need to figure this out. People are starting to make fun of me, because I keep changing my mind. :o) However, we have two names that we love:

[name]Caroline[/name] [name]Rose[/name] – I know that [name]Rose[/name] is becoming a “filler” middle name, but it’s a family name, so that’s okay with me.

[name]Jane[/name] [name]Sophia[/name] – DH has come to really like [name]Jane[/name], and we like the connection with his name, [name]Jon[/name]. I also just love the name [name]Jane[/name], nickname [name]Janie[/name]. Besides DH, no one is sharing my enthusiasm about [name]Jane[/name], so that bothers me a little.

But, in the spirit of making sure we’ve considered all options, what would you name your third daughter if your other two were [name]Eva[/name] [name]Katherine[/name] and [name]Tessa[/name] [name]Corinne[/name]? Our last name is three syllables starting with [name]Ry[/name] (pron. “rye”) and ending in sky (pron. “skee”).

Thanks so much for your help! I’ll be happy to have this baby named, so I can stop obsessing!

[name]Kellie[/name]

I really love both, and you can’t possibly go wrong with [name]Jane[/name] or [name]Caroline[/name]! I think I prefer [name]Caroline[/name] a tiny bit better, and it fits stylistically better with [name]Eva[/name] and [name]Tessa[/name], but [name]Jane[/name] [name]Sophia[/name] is a gorgeous combo. This probably wasn’t much help! Other suggestions (not that you need them)…

[name]Helen[/name]
[name]Charlotte[/name]
[name]Violet[/name]
[name]Camille[/name]
[name]Sylvie[/name]
[name]Margaret[/name]
[name]Catherine[/name]
[name]Iris[/name]
[name]Clio[/name]
[name]Clara[/name]
[name]Alice[/name]
[name]Adele[/name]
[name]Lillian[/name]
[name]Miranda[/name]
[name]Julia[/name]
[name]Frances[/name]
[name]Isabel[/name]

I feel very strongly that [name]Caroline[/name] is going to be HUGE in a few years - which is why I think you should use it now and start the trend! It is such a beautiful, classic name. [name]Every[/name] time I hear “Sweet [name]Caroline[/name]” I think - Carolines are so lucky - they already have the perfect first dance song to play at their weddings

I like [name]Caroline[/name] better with the names of your other two daughters

I agree with the others - not only is [name]Caroline[/name] an absolutely stunning name, it fits better stylistically with sisters [name]Eva[/name] and [name]Tessa[/name], and it has sweet nicknames like [name]Cara[/name], [name]Carrie[/name], and [name]Lina[/name]! Go for it!

[name]Lemon[/name]

my vote goes to [name]Jane[/name] [name]Sophia[/name]…gorgeous!

I like [name]Jane[/name] [name]Sophia[/name] it sounds like a really sweet name, [name]Eva[/name], [name]Tessa[/name] and [name]Jane[/name]

What about
[name]Jane[/name] [name]Caroline[/name]
[name]Caroline[/name] [name]Jane[/name]?

Thanks, Everyone! We are leaning towards [name]Caroline[/name] [name]Rose[/name]. I do love [name]Jane[/name] [name]Sophia[/name], though – maybe we’ll keep that one for the future…

[name]Kellie[/name]

well it does seem like you name your children in names ending with a
so if it was me…
it would be
[name]Eva[/name], [name]Tessa[/name], and [name]Julia[/name]

i love [name]Jane[/name] though… makes me think of [name]Mary[/name] [name]Jane[/name] shoes which are adorable

What about [name]Caroline[/name] [name]Jane[/name]? I like that the best. I love the name [name]Jane[/name] but I think it makes a better mn.

I’m a big fan of [name]Caroline[/name] [name]Rose[/name]. I think it’s a beautiful combo, and I think [name]Rose[/name] and [name]Jane[/name] are about equal as far as middle name “filler” status. [name]Rose[/name] just sounds a little prettier to me.

Thanks! Regarding [name]Lina[/name] as a nickname, are you pronouncing it “[name]Leena[/name]” or “L I na (long i)”?

I like [name]Caroline[/name] [name]Jane[/name], too. [name]Rose[/name] is my husband’s great grandmother, so that name holds special meaning for him.

I am a sucker for family names so I am with your husband on [name]Rose[/name], but maybe you could change it to make it more modern…[name]Rosalina[/name] or [name]Rosalie[/name] or [name]Rosalyn[/name]. That way you have the family connection, something kinda unique, but sill very cute. Those all sound great with [name]Jane[/name] for a middle name.

Good luck!
