The inescapable Nameberry side-effect of loving too many new choices has affected my Boys List as well.
I am leaving out the choices that I know I would never be able to really use even thought it seems I love all D names and anything ending in -ic. Here are 5 of my Top Ten that I would love opinions on. (Not pregnant so this is all just theoretical fun). The middle name will almost certainly be [name]Orion[/name], so I have left off any favorites ending with N this time around. Which of these do you think sound the best next to [name]Dominic[/name]? Thank you [name]Ottilie[/name]! Yes, I tend to agree, I can only really see [name]Elliot[/name] or [name]Gabriel[/name] working with it. First names I am mostly drawn to based upon whether I like the sound of them, but I am unwilling to give up [name]Orion[/name] because it is far too significant for me. Thus the second look through some of my favorite names, as there are plenty to choose from. =]
I’m immediately drawn to [name]Gabriel[/name] [name]Orion[/name], I think it’s perfect. [name]Dom[/name] & [name]Gabe[/name] sound pretty cute together if you do use nicknames!
I love [name]Elijah[/name] and [name]Elliot[/name] too, but I think only [name]Elliot[/name] [name]Orion[/name] works and not [name]Elijah[/name] [name]Orion[/name].
[name]Liam[/name] is too plain and [name]Sawyer[/name] seems too last namey to work with [name]Dominic[/name].
[name]Gabriel[/name] [name]Orion[/name]!!! I love [name]Gabriel[/name] and [name]Dominic[/name] together 
[name]Elliot[/name] [name]Orion[/name] would be my second choice.
