I would narrow down to:

Advice for narrowing down:

Laklynn, Makinleigh, and [name_f]Maisyn[/name_f] are likely to be misspelled/mispronounced a lot as there are a lot of similar names with slightly different spellings and pronunciations. You should decide if that bothers you before considering these names more.

If I heard of a person named [name_u]Boston[/name_u], I would assume [name_u]Boston[/name_u] was a boy. It just has a more masculine sound I think, and given that a lot of the other names on your list are overtly feminine (Natalia, [name_f]Ariana[/name_f], [name_f]Gabriella[/name_f], [name_f]Lena[/name_f], Evangeline) I’m guessing that’s not really what you’re going for.

Also consider nicknames - do any of these names have an obvious or common nickname you don’t like? (Don’t choose [name_u]Lexington[/name_u] if you don’t like [name_u]Lexi[/name_u], for example, or [name_f]Gabriella[/name_f] if you don’t like Gabby/Gabi)

I like a lot of your names, and think [name_f]Sophia[/name_f], [name_f]Nora[/name_f], [name_f]Natalia[/name_f], [name_f]Lena[/name_f], [name_f]Noelle[/name_f], and [name_f]Josephine[/name_f] are especially good options.

As for suggesting new names, I don’t think I can really do that as your style seems kind of random to me, I can’t really tell which names you’d like or dislike. But I can suggest combinations of them:

[name_f]Natalia[/name_f] [name_u]Raven[/name_u]
[name_f]Nora[/name_f] [name_f]Josephine[/name_f]
[name_f]Mary[/name_f] [name_f]Sophia[/name_f]
[name_f]Lena[/name_f] [name_u]Monroe[/name_u]
[name_f]Noelle[/name_f] [name_u]Raven[/name_u]
[name_f]Lena[/name_f] [name_f]Gabriella[/name_f]
[name_u]Hazel[/name_u] [name_f]Noelle[/name_f]
[name_f]Nora[/name_f] [name_f]Evangeline[/name_f]
[name_f]Natalia[/name_f] [name_u]Brooke[/name_u]
[name_f]Nora[/name_f] [name_f]Gabrielle[/name_f]
[name_u]Hazel[/name_u] [name_f]Xiomara[/name_f]
[name_f]Lena[/name_f] [name_f]Xiomara[/name_f]
[name_f]Josephine[/name_f] [name_u]Hazel[/name_u]
[name_u]Hazel[/name_u] [name_f]Evangeline[/name_f]

or if you like two middle names:

[name_f]Josephine[/name_f] [name_u]Cleo[/name_u] [name_u]Raven[/name_u]
[name_f]Nina[/name_f] [name_f]Elizabeth[/name_f] [name_u]Kay[/name_u]
[name_f]Josephine[/name_f] [name_u]Salem[/name_u] [name_f]Noelle[/name_f]
[name_f]Nora[/name_f] [name_u]Monroe[/name_u] [name_f]Josephine[/name_f]
[name_u]Raven[/name_u] [name_f]Sophia[/name_f] [name_f]Mary[/name_f]

[name_u]Cleo[/name_u] [name_u]Josie[/name_u] [name_u]Brooke[/name_u]
[name_f]Ariana[/name_f] [name_u]Josie[/name_u] [name_f]Elizabeth[/name_f]
[name_u]Monroe[/name_u] [name_f]Eliza[/name_f] [name_u]Jo[/name_u] (short for Elizabeth–maybe [name_f]Ellie[/name_f] [name_u]Jo[/name_u] or RoJo or EmJo for short?)

Hopefully these help

[name_f]Lena[/name_f] [name_f]Estelle[/name_f]

Some suggestions:

[name_f]May[/name_f] I ask how Laklynn is said? Like Lake-lyn or Lack-lyn? Something else?

What about McKinley with ”Mac” as a nickname? :smiling_face_with_three_hearts: I know you had a different spelling posted, but I feel like this spelling is maybe a little less confusing.

McKinley [name_f]Josephine[/name_f] or McKinley [name_u]Jo[/name_u] :ribbon: ???

[name_f]My[/name_f] top 7 paired with an honor name and another name I like on your list as middles:

[name_f]Evangeline[/name_f] [name_u]Kay[/name_u]
[name_f]Sophia[/name_f] [name_f]Mary[/name_f]

Some similar names that come to mind are [name_f]Maelynn[/name_f] & [name_f]Maisie[/name_f]. I especially love the combo [name_f]Maisie[/name_f] [name_f]Josephine[/name_f] “Maisie Jo”! You could also spell it [name_f]Mayzie[/name_f], [name_f]Mazie[/name_f], [name_f]Maizy[/name_f], or [name_f]Maisy[/name_f]. I’ve known people with all of those spellings, but I’ve never actually met a someone with the traditional spelling of [name_f]Maisie[/name_f] lol.

I would narrow your list down to these names

[name_f]Gabrielle[/name_f] [name_f]Sophia[/name_f]

[name_m]Hi[/name_m] there

Here are my thoughts-

  • Sophia-I think it’s lovely, but it’s really over done. That’s the downside of [name_f]Sophia[/name_f]. I kind of prefer [name_f]Sofia[/name_f], but [name_f]Sophia[/name_f] is more common.

  • Laklynn [name_f]Adele[/name_f] ( first and middle)-The combo flows well. I don’t know if I like Laklynn…is it Lake-lynn, Lock-lynn or Lack-lynn? Kind of confusing and sort of too invented for my tastes.

  • Scotlynn-Meh, same as above. Not confusing, but I just don’t like the ‘lynn’ at the end of a boyish name like [name_u]Scott[/name_u] that much.

  • Boston-Hm. I think that this feels masculine and very associated with the city.

  • Hazel-Kind of popular, but sweet & old fashioned. And I like the nature connection.

  • Nora-Smart, simple, feminine without being frilly. Great choice!

  • Xiomara-It’s really unique & interesting…a bit tricky to say & spell.

  • Salem-I can see the appeal, but I don’t love the sound.

  • Evangeline-Not a fan of this one. It just feels a little snooty.

  • Natalia-I love [name_f]Talia[/name_f], so I can’t figure out why I don’t like this. Maybe the ‘Nat’ part makes it sound darker?

  • Ariana-Gosh, I keep thinking of the singer (who I am not a fan of.) This name is fine in theory, but really kind of common anyway. Plus, the fact that it has multiple spellings and multiple pronunciations is kind of a con.

  • Gabriella/ Gabrielle-I generally like [name_f]Ella[/name_f] names a lot, but [name_f]Gabriella[/name_f] is a bit early 2000s dated. It’s not unpleasant though.

  • Lena-Sweet & simple & kind of quiet but also has that darling flapper girl vibe. I like it! Not too over done either.

  • Nina-Ah, I don’t know. Does it feel too 80s? Not sure why I don’t like this.

  • Makinleigh-That just looks way too complicated.

  • Noelle-Not my cup of tea, but it’s not awful.

  • Monroe-Hm. [name_u]Super[/name_u] associated with [name_f]Marilyn[/name_f]. And she’s fine, but such a strong figure that it feels weird to use as a name.

  • Maisyn-Meh. I don’t care for this spelling & [name_u]Mason[/name_u] is very popular for boys.

  • Lexington-I don’t hate Lex(i), but this feels odd as a first name.

  • Sybil-Kind of cool. I prefer [name_f]Sibyl[/name_f] if we’re being picky. I don’t love the sound of this, but it’s old fashioned & unique.

  • Raven-Cool imagery, but I don’t love the sound.

  • Cleo-Super cute & spunky. Simple & not popular.

  • [name_f]Elizabeth[/name_f] ( only like as a middle)-Beautiful as a first or middle. It’s kind of over done, but I like it anyway.

  • [name_u]Mackenzie[/name_u] ( only like as a middle, love the idea of calling her Mac)-I kind of like this for a boy & it’s a little dated, but I can totally see how Mac(k) could be cute as a nick-name.

[name_f]Hope[/name_f] this helps.

Nice list! [name_f]My[/name_f] top 5 are:

[name_f]My[/name_f] top 10:

[name_u]Salem[/name_u] or [name_u]Raven[/name_u] - not sure which! [name_u]Salem[/name_u] might be too witchy for me.
McKinley (this spelling) - or just [name_f]Kinley[/name_f]

And I really like all your honour names, with [name_f]Josephine[/name_f] being one of my all-time fave names.

I am not a big fan of creative (eg “nn”, “yn”, “mak”) spellings - suspect they’ll date faster than other names. Others are nice but have nicknames I don’t love - eg [name_u]Gabby[/name_u] - or else too masculine for me - eg [name_u]Boston[/name_u] and [name_m]Lachlan[/name_m]. [name_u]Monroe[/name_u] is too celeb for my liking - and if anyone, I would give to a boy. Am lukewarm on [name_u]Lexington[/name_u] but it may be especially meaningful to you.

Here are some combos with a mix of your names (including Lexington) and some new ones:

[name_f]Sabella[/name_f] [name_f]Mary[/name_f] [name_f]Kinsley[/name_f] (with [name_f]Sabella[/name_f] linked to Elizabeth)
[name_u]Cleo[/name_u] [name_f]Elizabeth[/name_f] [name_f]Lovella[/name_f] (or Ellen)
[name_f]Mary[/name_f] [name_f]Sybil[/name_f] McKinley - “Maisie”
[name_f]Josephine[/name_f] [name_f]Mary[/name_f] [name_f]Elspeth[/name_f] - “Josie”, “Posie”
[name_u]Hazel[/name_u] [name_f]Natalia[/name_f] [name_u]Brooke[/name_u]
[name_f]Evangeline[/name_f] [name_f]Sophia[/name_f] [name_f]Noelle[/name_f] (with [name_f]Noelle[/name_f] a nod to Ellen)
[name_u]Lexington[/name_u] [name_f]Helena[/name_f] [name_u]Kay[/name_u]
[name_f]Emberly[/name_f] [name_f]Josephine[/name_f] [name_f]Mary[/name_f]
[name_f]Adelaide[/name_f] MacKenzie [name_f]Ellen[/name_f] - “Daisy”, “Maisie”, “Mac”, “Adele”
[name_f]Helena[/name_f] [name_f]Mary[/name_f] [name_u]Salem[/name_u] - “Lena”/ “Layna”
[name_f]Sybil[/name_f] [name_u]Kay[/name_u] [name_u]Brooke[/name_u]
[name_u]Ellington[/name_u] [name_f]Martha[/name_f] [name_u]Brooke[/name_u] (with [name_u]Ellington[/name_u] a nod to [name_f]Ellen[/name_f], and [name_f]Martha[/name_f] to [name_f]Mary[/name_f] though they’re not related names)

[name_f]Hope[/name_f] this helps! :sparkles::sparkles::sparkles:

[name_f]Sophia[/name_f] is one if not my absolute favorite, I just struggle with how common it is.

[name_f]Josephine[/name_f] will more than likely be the middle name or at least one of the middle names, it’s an honor name after my mother in a way.

I love [name_u]Raven[/name_u] [name_f]Josephine[/name_f] !! :smiling_face_with_three_hearts: even more so love the idea of RoJo ! [name_f]My[/name_f] mothers middle name is [name_u]Jo[/name_u], growing up her mother called her [name_u]Jo[/name_u] [name_f]Josephine[/name_f] as a middle so in a way [name_f]Josephine[/name_f] is a way to honor her without using just [name_u]Jo[/name_u] ( which I love as well).
