We’re still working on narrowing down our boy names for our little guy due in March! We have it down to a few, but keep going back and forth on which one our top name is. Which one or few do you like the best?

[name_m]Felix[/name_m] is my favourite. So strong and spunky, and a little quirky too. I also love [name_u]Sullivan[/name_u], [name_m]Caspian[/name_m] and [name_u]Atlas[/name_u]. Brilliant names!

[name_m]Felix[/name_m] is a family name for me which of course makes me like it more but even without the family connection I think [name_m]Felix[/name_m] is lovely. [name_m]Felix[/name_m] is a happy little name that feels bright & spunky. The meaning ‘happy; fortunate’ is sweet and I think overall he feels very timeless.

@snowmaiden Thank you! [name_u]Sullivan[/name_u] and [name_m]Felix[/name_m] were our top picks when we were trying to conceive. I can’t decide if they’re still our top picks or if we’re liking something else better!
@katinka Yes! They both fit into the Disney theme (Monsters Inc and Wreck It Ralph) that we were originally going for. They fit style wise as well. They were our favorites for a while but now I’m debating if I still love them more than all the other names.
@Greyblue [name_m]Caspian[/name_m] is a newer addition! I feel like it fits well with the other names but I’m not sure if my husband is going to go for it. He likes [name_u]Atlas[/name_u] a lot which I feel like has a very similar feel to [name_m]Caspian[/name_m]. I like [name_m]Atticus[/name_m] and [name_m]Rafferty[/name_m]! Thank you!
@carrington We both really like [name_u]Sullivan[/name_u]! I’m not in love with it or super excited about it though. Everyone says when they heard the name they just knew and I’ve never felt that way about any of the names

@tori101 [name_m]Felix[/name_m] is a great name! I worry about popularity with it because it seems to be moving up in the charts here. It has a great meaning, easy to spell, and is a sweet name though.

It’s gone up 500 places over the last few years so I worry there will be a lot of little Atlas’s running around soon. I like [name_m]Caspian[/name_m] a lot which I feel like is similar to [name_u]Atlas[/name_u] style wise. [name_f]My[/name_f] husband doesn’t love it as much though. [name_u]Fox[/name_u] and [name_m]Atticus[/name_m] are great names! Originally we were thinking [name_m]Felix[/name_m] [name_u]Fox[/name_u] with [name_u]Fox[/name_u] as the middle name, but we have a different name picked out now.
Atlas may be rising up in popularity but i still think it’s rare! i’ve only heard of one Atlas once and that was it (he was about 9/10?)
some similar names to Atlas: Arcas, Ajax, Arion, Arian, Argos, Athos, Ares, Aries, Addax, Aquila, Attila, Adonis, Amias, Alistair, Aeolian, Aslan, Ambrose
what about Orion? i’ve always liked that one paired up with Atlas (there’s also Orin, Odin, Oren, Soren)
Felix & Fox are also becoming very popular but they are lovely! maybe you’ll like Felician?

this is not always the case! my current fav names are names i’ve know for a while but never really got into them till one day when i just fell in love! nothing changed but idk i just fell in love suddenly
so don’t worry, if i were you i would just keep looking for names and see all your options, you’ll eventually find one that you’ll fall in love with (or even re-discovered one), even if it takes some time, my advice is don’t rush it
also, i think you’ll know better when your pregnancy is more advanced, i think you’ll just have a gut about what name you think will fit your son better, plus you’ll also get to know him a little bit more in this months before his arrival!

[name_f]My[/name_f] other favourites are [name_u]Lennox[/name_u], [name_m]Caspian[/name_m] and [name_m]Felix[/name_m]. I feel that even though [name_u]Atlas[/name_u] is rising in popularity, most people are still calling their kids other names, even though it is heard a lot I don’t think it will be a super common name right now. I’ve never met or heard of anyone called [name_u]Atlas[/name_u]. You really can’t go wrong with any of these names!
It seems from some of your comments that you’re concerned about popularity, which I totally get. It’s why we ultimately chose to call our son [name_u]Jude[/name_u] rather than [name_m]Felix[/name_m]. [name_m]Caspian[/name_m] and [name_u]Sullivan[/name_u] are definitely less popular, at least where I am, than [name_m]Felix[/name_m] and [name_u]Atlas[/name_u] so perhaps one of them is THE one? They’re both awesome names.
I voted for Felix and Caspian. Felix is more common, but cute and strong at the same time. I saw it on babies as well as adults and it fits well at all age! Caspian is more unique, but I love the sound of this name. It’s classy and sweet. I also like the connection to the Caspian Sea. Sometimes, the right name shows itself when you finally meet your child 
Another tip I like to give to berries is to pay attention to how the comments about each name make you feel. For exemple, if the positive comments about Sullivan make you really happy, while the positive one about Lennox don’t make you that happy, it could be a sign that your heart is leaning toward Sullivan.

@vida Very true! I know two people who just had babies and used [name_u]Atlas[/name_u] so that makes me nervous. But most people seem to still have not heard the name or don’t know anyone with that name. Those are some great suggestions! Thank you. I considered [name_m]Aslan[/name_m] but was worried it was tied too closely to the literary character. [name_m]Ambrose[/name_m] is a nice one. You have wonderful suggestions thank you! That definitely makes me feel better about the falling in love part. I’ve been revisiting our list daily it feels like and seeing how they all feel. We still have quite a while to go so hopefully one of them jumps out at me before then. Thank you so much!
@LeafTree Thank you! [name_f]My[/name_f] husband is a big fan of [name_u]Atlas[/name_u] and he keeps rooting for it. On the charts even the names that are higher up don’t have too many babies born with those names so I need to keep that in mind.
@TDFM Definitely concerned about popularity. We have a very common last name so I don’t want him to have a common first name as well. I agree that [name_m]Caspian[/name_m] and [name_u]Sullivan[/name_u] are less popular. They’re both further down in the charts and I don’t know anyone with those names in real life. I don’t know anyone named [name_m]Felix[/name_m] either but I definitely see it mentioned a lot on here. Thank you!
@Camelia I agree that I think [name_m]Felix[/name_m] ages really well! It works well for a child but still fits an adult. I agree about [name_m]Caspian[/name_m] as well!
