Narrowing list - the struggle is real

Due in 6 weeks and really struggling! Last name is [name_f]Vita[/name_f], what are your favorites?

[name_f]Stella[/name_f]
[name_f]Elliana[/name_f] (Ellie)
[name_f]Eleanor[/name_f] (Ellie. Also [name_f]Eleanor[/name_f] was my grandmas name)
[name_f]Eloise[/name_f] (Ellie)
[name_f]Emmeline[/name_f] (Emmy or Emma)
[name_u]Hazel[/name_u]
[name_f]Juliette[/name_f]
[name_f]Juliana[/name_f]
[name_f]Gillian[/name_f]
[name_f]Savannah[/name_f] (don’t like the nicknames at all but does have major family ties)
Isabella/Bella (seems a bit much with the last name and def overused - fiancé loves it)

Shortlist did originally include:
[name_f]Charlotte[/name_f]
[name_f]Nicolette[/name_f]
[name_u]Hadley[/name_u]

[name_f]My[/name_f] personal favourites are:

[name_f]Stella[/name_f], [name_f]Eleanor[/name_f], [name_f]Eloise[/name_f], [name_u]Hazel[/name_u], [name_f]Juliette[/name_f] & [name_f]Juliana[/name_f] (I also love [name_f]Elliana[/name_f] but much prefer the [name_f]Eliana[/name_f] spelling!)

but with the surname [name_f]Vita[/name_f] I think your best options are:

[name_f]Eleanor[/name_f], [name_f]Emmeline[/name_f], [name_u]Hazel[/name_u] & [name_f]Gillian[/name_f]!

I love all the E names on your list with surname [name_f]Vita[/name_f].
With vita meaning life, I find word names such as [name_u]Hazel[/name_u] or [name_f]Stella[/name_f] a little food-brand-like sounding, especially the latter. [name_f]Juliette[/name_f] is pretty, but shares too many sounds with [name_f]Vita[/name_f] for my liking.
[name_f]Isabella[/name_f] is also lovely; I think a short name like [name_f]Vita[/name_f] can carry a longer first name.

[name_f]My[/name_f] favourite is [name_f]Emmeline[/name_f] [name_f]Vita[/name_f] (if [name_f]Emmeline[/name_f] is pronounced with a -line ending), otherwise [name_f]Eleanor[/name_f] would be my pick!

You have a bunch of great names. But I tried to pick my absolute best likes:

[name_f]Stella[/name_f] [name_f]Vita[/name_f] (your last name is very stylish btw)
[name_f]Juliette[/name_f] [name_f]Vita[/name_f]
[name_f]Savannah[/name_f] [name_f]Vita[/name_f] - what nn’s have you come up with? I’ve thought of Sav, [name_m]Savva[/name_m], Savy, and [name_f]Vanna[/name_f]

If you did go with [name_f]Isabella[/name_f] I would suggest you chose a spelling variation… [name_f]Isabella[/name_f] is just so popular. How about [name_f]Isabela[/name_f] with the nickname [name_u]Bela[/name_u]? [name_u]Or[/name_u] [name_f]Isobel[/name_f], [name_f]Isobelle[/name_f], Isobela, or Isobele?

I think [name_f]Stella[/name_f] and [name_f]Savannah[/name_f] don’t sound good with [name_f]Vita[/name_f] so I would cross them off.

[name_f]My[/name_f] favourite of the remainder, with [name_f]Vita[/name_f], are: [name_f]Eleanor[/name_f], [name_f]Eloise[/name_f], [name_f]Emmeline[/name_f], [name_f]Juliet[/name_f] (prefer this spelling), [name_f]Gillian[/name_f].

[name_f]Eleanor[/name_f] [name_f]Vita[/name_f] gets my vote! Especially because it honours a family member !

I like almost all of them, but I think [name_f]Savannah[/name_f] [name_f]Vita[/name_f] would be a mouthful. Something about them both having a V sound seems a bit much, maybe that’s just me, but [name_f]Elliana[/name_f] sounds beautiful with your last name

You have a lovely list of names there! [name_f]My[/name_f] favourites are [name_f]Stella[/name_f] [name_f]Vita[/name_f] and [name_f]Isabella[/name_f] [name_f]Vita[/name_f]. They sound almost musical! I do like the E names but am kind of over [name_f]Ellie[/name_f] for a nickname as it is very common, so being that you will be using a nickname I think one of the others are much more interesting.

Same. I also love Eloise Vita

[name_f]Isabella[/name_f] [name_f]Vita[/name_f] is nice!! [name_f]Eloise[/name_f] [name_f]Vita[/name_f] is sweet too with nn [name_f]Ellie[/name_f]. I don’t love [name_f]Stella[/name_f] [name_f]Vita[/name_f], sounds like a health brand.

I think the three syllable names sound best with your surname - [name_f]Juliette[/name_f] and [name_f]Emmeline[/name_f] are my faves. [name_f]Stella[/name_f] [name_f]Vita[/name_f] I would avoid - It’s very severe sounding, and sounds like a cheap fashion brand to me?

Thank you all for your thoughts!!

Same nicknames for savannah! I think they are cute for a child but not so much for an adult. I’m probably overthinking it lol

[name_f]My[/name_f] favourite is [name_f]Savannah[/name_f], love the meaning too (technically it means tropical grassland but I just take that as tropical ) but [name_f]Juliana[/name_f] [name_f]Vita[/name_f] sounds great as well.i Agree [name_f]Isabella[/name_f] is overused but still a good option.what will the middle name be,do you know. That might help to narrow down some options. You could go with [name_f]Savannah[/name_f] as a middle name, since your mostly considering it for family ties. [name_f]Hope[/name_f] this helps
