In the past few weeks I’ve come across at least half a dozen little girls (all about 2 years old or younger) named [name_u]Navy[/name_u]. Is this a new trend?
I like it as a color name, but i dislike the connection to the [name_u]Navy[/name_u], since it makes me think of war and weapons.
What do you guys think of this? Anyone else keep running into Navys lately?
I know of a baby named [name_u]Navy[/name_u] but it’s a boy. [name_u]Navy[/name_u] has been a guilty pleasure girl name for me for a while. I think it’s pretty but I’m not sure I could ever use it.
Well… My dad was in the [name_u]Navy[/name_u] sooo it would be kind of weird for me to hear it on someone just because of that association… Otherwise, I could see it as a name, and could get past my association with it if I were to meet a person named [name_u]Navy[/name_u].
I don’t like it.
I haven’t met any [name_u]Navy[/name_u]'s. The color is nice but I don’t particularly like the profession association.
I actually prefer [name_u]Navy[/name_u] for a boy.
