Since last night (probably 8pm ish UK time), I’ve been having problems with the site when using my iPhone 5.
All the links which usually appear in bars and boxes across the top (e.g. Login, all the different forums, Help…) now appear in a huge list which you have to scroll through to see the content you want. The font is odd too - a very basic Times [name_m]New[/name_m] [name_m]Roman[/name_m] style rather than the usual NB font.
I’m afraid I haven’t had access to a desktop or laptop to check if this is a problem there too. Any ideas? Is this a problem with the site or my phone? I’ve never had a problem with NB on this phone before and haven’t updated or anything. I’ve tried the classic “turn it off and on again” in case the phone just bugged out, but to no avail!

Yes, I’ve been having the same problem on my iPhone! It will be that way for a few days and then return to normal. It’s happened at least two or three times in the last few weeks. Very annoying!
I had that too. I just left it for a few days and it worked itself out, like the above poster said. It is extremely annoying, hopefully they find a solution soon.

Still having issues here and starting to get a bit grumpy with this now. [name_m]Even[/name_m] signing in is being a pain.
Mine resolved a couple of days ago, but it lasted a good week or so and I had trouble logging in too. I couldn’t use Autofill settings, had to retype password every time. Such a pain! Hopefully yours will sort itself out soon too. I wonder what’s up?
[name_f]Pam[/name_f] commented on my post about the same phenomenon and she told me to email her with screenshots and data about what browser and device I’m using. I’m hoping this will be resolved soon!

Yes, I still have issues (on computer and iPad, haven’t been able to use cell with NB for a long while). It has been off and on for months. Now it’s either the whole website displaying strangely or it switches back to correct display but has an add blocking several threads and links on the forums. So currently I prefer the website when it is displaying incorrectly.
I checked back today and realized that the site still does not work on my iPhone Safari app. However, when I access the site through my Pinterest app it works normally. I hope this can be resolved soon.
Yep, haven’t been able to log in all day and the sites been displaying funny for ages.
I logged in through Pinterest but safari isn’t working with NB at all.
V frustrating
This problem continuously arises even though it’s been fixed a few times - it’s increasingly frustrating. The site needs to be optimized for mobile.
I’ve been having this problem for months. It’s gotten to the point where I can’t even log in or access Nameberry on my phone; I have to use my laptop, which I don’t always have access to. Please fix this!
Yep, I’ve been having the problem for months too. It’s continued to happen frequently and for several days at a time since my first post, and for the last month or so NB has been pretty much constantly displaying like this. It’s a real pain and makes the site a nightmare to navigate. Please fix this if it can be fixed!
Still happening. The site hasn’t been normal since [name_u]March[/name_u]. Makes navigation incredibly frustrating. Is anyone else still having this problem?

Any comment at all from anyone at NB as to why this happens and if it can be fixed? It’s been a constant problem for months now.
I’ve been having troubles with this - it’s very annoying when I’m out and about and want to go on Nameberry but I can’t. Can someone please fix this?
