I am in the middle of writing a novel and usually I’m pretty good at coming up with names on my own (or browsing Nameberry until something jumps out) but recently I’ve introduced a new female character and can’t seem to settle on a final name that simply pops for me.
This girl is a six-years-old violinist. Her parents, [name]Graham[/name] and [name]Viv[/name], are divorced. They are quite well to do as her father is a financier and her mother is a Hollywood interior designer/decorator.
I’m thinking the girl’s name should be half sophisticated and half creative. Like one parent chose the FN and the other the MN. Their LN starts with “R” so keep that in mind.
