Hello! We are looking for suggestions/opinions for our second son’s name. We would like something that sounds good with our first son’s name, [name]Corbin[/name]. We are really struggling!! We would like to avoid anything too popular or trendy, which is proving especially difficult this time!
Here are some of the names that have been mentioned this time (we don’t love any of them):
[name]Hi[/name], from your list I like [name]Lincoln[/name] (even if it rhymes a bit with your son [name]Corbin[/name]'s name), [name]Micah[/name] and [name]Asher[/name]. The rest of your names are pretty popular and/or trendy depending on where you live. Here are some suggestions. All the best!

Thanks for the replies! [name]Jasper[/name] is really growing on me lately, but hubby doesn’t like it. He’s also not too fond of [name]Asher[/name], but does like [name]Archer[/name], which I’m not sure about. I also like [name]Leo[/name], [name]Gabriel[/name], [name]Garrett[/name], [name]Milo[/name] but, as with the names from my list, I don’t love them. They all seem like they have the potential to rise in popularity to the extent of becoming common within the next few years. I had a very common name growing up, and I want to avoid that w/ my children. I feel like we accomplished that w/ [name]Corbin[/name], in that it has qualities of more common names (the c/k sound, and the -n ending) but is still distinct and off people’s radar, for the most part.
I think [name]Corbin[/name] and [name]Archer[/name] are nice together, also [name]Corbin[/name] and [name]Bennett[/name]. I would go for a name that doesn’t sound similar to [name]Corbin[/name] which is hard with all the en/in/an/on names out there. Good luck!
