So I think I’ve narrowed it down to 3 names.
[name_u]Chase[/name_u], [name_u]Jaden[/name_u], and [name_m]Brendan[/name_m].
My favorite of the three is [name_u]Chase[/name_u], but family and friends don’t seem crazy about it.
I like [name_m]Brendan[/name_m], but not [name_u]Chase[/name_u] or [name_u]Jaden[/name_u]. I prefer more traditional style names over modern American style.
Previous posters are ALL right…
[name_m]Brandon[/name_m] had more use over more time, you’ll find [name_m]Brandon[/name_m]'s of various ages
The -den -dan -dyn -din -don endings are very often used these dAys so it still feels very today but isn’t just today.
[name_u]Jaden[/name_u] is very …like he will probably go to school with ten and in twenty years many Jadens will be applying for jobs and in school but there will be next to none there in their 40s and honestly as it came around like it did it runs the risk of being stuck in one generation like with all the ashley s in the 80s/90s - I don’t recommend though jade is still lovely on a girl …
[name_u]Chase[/name_u] is a word name, can’t go too much in or out because of that … Spelled correctly and not weird like Ninja or Bucket…nice words make nice names… [name_u]Chase[/name_u] is an often used name along with [name_u]Rain[/name_u] [name_m]Chance[/name_m] [name_m]Ace[/name_m] [name_f]Grace[/name_f] [name_u]Raven[/name_u] along those lines
So as the previous poster saiD… Keep your name to yourself until it’s on the birth certificate then announce it with him… And obviously to whoever attends the birth gets to know first if you like but any before birth thoughts will get opinions… And only you can name him.
Alternatives… [name_u]River[/name_u] [name_u]Dorian[/name_u] [name_u]James[/name_u] [name_u]Jordan[/name_u] [name_u]Jude[/name_u] [name_m]Holden[/name_m] [name_m]Bravery[/name_m] (I like this for you based on all your list) [name_u]Avery[/name_u] [name_m]Archer[/name_m] [name_m]Aaron[/name_m] [name_m]Colter[/name_m] [name_m]Collier[/name_m] [name_u]Dean[/name_u] [name_m]Gavin[/name_m] [name_m]Gideon[/name_m] [name_m]Griffin[/name_m] [name_u]Kye[/name_u] [name_m]Landen[/name_m] [name_u]Monroe[/name_u] [name_u]Noah[/name_u] [name_m]Orin[/name_m] [name_u]Quinn[/name_u] [name_u]Sander[/name_u] [name_u]Steele[/name_u] [name_m]Wyatt[/name_m] [name_m]Warren[/name_m] [name_m]Walden[/name_m] [name_u]Walker[/name_u] [name_m]Xavier[/name_m] [name_u]Zion[/name_u] [name_u]Devon[/name_u] [name_m]Beckett[/name_m] [name_u]Carter[/name_u] [name_u]Rain[/name_u] [name_u]Larkin[/name_u] (I like this for you a lot too)
[name_u]Chase[/name_u] is solid though and especially when paired with a traditional name
[name_u]Chase[/name_u] [name_m]Thomas[/name_m] Surname for example. [name_m]Just[/name_m] be careful what the initials are and with word names … When you say it together like [name_u]Chase[/name_u] [name_u]River[/name_u] [name_m]Ford[/name_m] for example is kind of a sentence and it would be better to have
[name_u]Chase[/name_u] [name_m]Thomas[/name_m] Stevens for example. [name_m]Just[/name_m] keep an eye on the full name and first and last. I do hope this is a bit helpful, good luck.
[name_u]Chase[/name_u] I like the best! My main criteria is that I like the sound.
I would choose [name_m]Brandon[/name_m] (nickname [name_u]Bran[/name_u]) over [name_m]Brendan[/name_m]
I Like [name_m]Brendan[/name_m]. [name_u]Chase[/name_u] and [name_u]Jaden[/name_u] are trendy and will age them. But that also means their names will fit in with their peers. If you love [name_u]Chase[/name_u] the most you should use it.
Fwiw my middle child has a trendy name. When he’s 35, people will be able to guess he’s about 35… who cares… that’ll be his age!
