dd is [name]Bronwen[/name] [name]Eleanor[/name], we are having b/g twins very soon and I could use some thoughts about names. This is our current list. any thoughts? Suggestions of new names are welcome! thank you!
I like [name]Bronwen[/name] - it’s strong but still feminine. First off the bat, I would eliminate another name ending in “n” ([name]Imogen[/name], [name]Lachlan[/name], [name]Eamon[/name], [name]Riordan[/name] and [name]Declan[/name]). I would also exclude any frilly and feminine names ([name]Allegra[/name], [name]Freya[/name], [name]Petra[/name] and [name]Cressida[/name]), any shared initial name ([name]Beatrix[/name], [name]Bram[/name]) or any names that would cause pronunciation problems (Nimue is pretty but not many people in the general population would know how to pronounce it). Sorry but I’ve practically annihilated your list!
My Faves
[name]Arthur[/name] and [name]Celeste[/name]
[name]Arlo[/name] and [name]Juniper[/name]
[name]Archer[/name] and [name]Eleri[/name] (Welsh spelling)
I like [name]Miles[/name] and [name]Gareth[/name] with [name]Bronwen[/name] as well. Have you considered [name]Milo[/name]?
You have two fantastic lists. My favorite choices to go with Bronwen are Petra, Juniper and Cressida. For boys I like Arthur, Arlo, Ivar (love this!), and Archer The other names end in an en sound which could be repetitive with the sound in Bronwen. Since Juniper is my first choice names ending in r don’t really work but I think Conall goes really well.
Bronwen, Juniper and Conall
Bronwen, Cressida and Arthur
Bronwen, Petra and Ivar
I think that [name]Allegra[/name] [name]Beatrix[/name] and [name]Miles[/name] [name]Arthur[/name] would be beautiful!
But… I’m not sure I think [name]Allegra[/name] meshes well with [name]Bronwen[/name]. I would say [name]Celeste[/name], [name]Petra[/name], and [name]Juniper[/name] go better.
