Need convincing!!!

I’m not sure about these names… I like them but I’m not sure if I want to add them to my list. Can you give your opinions on these names? Thanks!

[name_f]Erika[/name_f]
[name_u]Piper[/name_u]
[name_f]Emmeline[/name_f]
[name_f]Elisabeth[/name_f]
[name_f]Scarlet[/name_f]
[name_f]Beatrice[/name_f]

[name_f]TIA[/name_f]

[name_f]Erika[/name_f] - I am not too fond of [name_f]Erika[/name_f].
[name_u]Piper[/name_u] - [name_u]Piper[/name_u] has grown on me. She is spunky and full of life.
[name_f]Emmeline[/name_f] - [name_f]Emmeline[/name_f] is beautiful and sweet. I love the nicknames; [name_f]Emma[/name_f], [name_f]Em[/name_f], [name_f]Emme[/name_f], and [name_f]Millie[/name_f].
[name_f]Elisabeth[/name_f] - [name_f]Elisabeth[/name_f] is beautiful and dignified. [name_f]Elisabeth[/name_f] has so many wonderful nickname options.
[name_f]Scarlet[/name_f] - All I see and hear is scar let. Not attractive to me at all.
[name_f]Beatrice[/name_f] - I feel neutral about [name_f]Beatrice[/name_f].

[name_f]Emmeline[/name_f] and [name_f]Elisabeth[/name_f] are my favorites. (I am [name_f]Emily[/name_f] and my sister and best friend are both [name_f]Elisabeth[/name_f], so I may be slightly biased. )

[name_f]Beatrice[/name_f] is nice, I love the meaning… I prefer [name_f]Beatrix[/name_f] myself. Makes it feel a bit more current and spunky.

[name_f]Scarlet/name_f is nice, I like it a lot, but don’t love it. I think [name_f]Charlotte[/name_f] is more beautiful, but [name_f]Scarlett[/name_f] is a nice alternative. The word ‘scar’ is unfortunate though.

[name_f]Erika[/name_f] is not bad, but feels dated.

[name_u]Piper[/name_u] is not my style, but I don’t mind it for other people.

[name_f]Erika[/name_f] - or [name_f]Erica[/name_f] - not the best choice, I think. Or you like unusual names.
[name_u]Piper[/name_u] - don’t like this one at all. Too modern, reminds me of… pipe(s).
[name_f]Emmeline[/name_f] - beautiful and charming. Soft and warm, nns are great.
[name_f]Elisabeth[/name_f] - classy; easy-going in society; plenty of pretty nicknames.
[name_f]Scarlet[/name_f] - classy, romantic, deep. Reminds me of nice poems I once read.
[name_f]Beatrice[/name_f] - sooo romantic; for a dreamer with a hint of sadness somewhere in the eyes.

[name_f]Erika[/name_f] - I don’t like the k but I really like [name_f]Erica[/name_f]. Most people have said to me that it is dated and unattractive but I just can’t let it go!
[name_u]Piper[/name_u] - I shouldn’t like it but I do. It’s upbeat and happy
[name_f]Emmeline[/name_f] - meh, I can see the appeal I guess. It has plenty of nn potential
[name_f]Elisabeth[/name_f] - classic, very versatile. I prefer [name_f]Elizabeth[/name_f] though
[name_f]Scarlet[/name_f] - it’s ok
[name_f]Beatrice[/name_f] - elegant classic, I adore the nn [name_f]Bea[/name_f]. [name_f]Do[/name_f] you like [name_f]Beatrix[/name_f]? I think the x adds something exciting

[name_f]Erika[/name_f] - prefer [name_f]Erica[/name_f] spelling.
[name_u]Piper[/name_u] - nms but I can see the appeal.
[name_f]Emmeline[/name_f] - my favourite from your list.
[name_f]Elisabeth[/name_f] - love this. I know a lot of [name_f]Elizabeth[/name_f] but only 1-2 [name_f]Elisabeth[/name_f].
[name_f]Scarlet[/name_f] - pretty
[name_f]Beatrice[/name_f] - I know I’m in the minority here, I never like [name_f]Beatrice[/name_f].

I don’t like [name_f]Erika[/name_f], it feels dated and I dislike the sound. With this spelling I want to say it like ‘eh-[name_f]REE[/name_f]-KAAAH’ in some sort of comical manor haha.

[name_u]Piper[/name_u] is way too trendy for my style and I think it’s just a silly sounding name. I think of the Pied [name_u]Piper[/name_u] which isn’t a good reference really. [name_f]Pippa[/name_f] is nice.

[name_f]Emmeline[/name_f] is lovely, I think of [name_f]Emmeline[/name_f] Pankhurst. I only like the emma-LEEN pn though, however recently I’ve been bothered by the fact it sounds like [name_f]Emily[/name_f] with a tiny extra sound on the end.

[name_f]Elisabeth[/name_f] is alright. I prefer the [name_f]Elizabeth[/name_f] spelling but I’m not a huge fan of the name in general.

I like [name_f]Scarlet[/name_f] but I prefer the [name_f]Scarlett[/name_f] spelling. It’s so pretty but very popular in the UK.

[name_f]Beatrice[/name_f] is probably my favourite of your list, so beautiful! But little Beatrices are everywhere in the UK which puts me off.

[name_f]Erika[/name_f]
[name_u]Piper[/name_u]
[name_f]Emmeline[/name_f]
[name_f]Elisabeth[/name_f]
[name_f]Scarlet[/name_f]
[name_f]Beatrice[/name_f]

I like:
[name_u]Piper[/name_u]
[name_f]Emmeline[/name_f]
[name_f]Elizabeth[/name_f]

Dislike:
[name_f]Erika[/name_f]
[name_f]Beatrice[/name_f]

Meh:
[name_f]Scarlet[/name_f] (The first syllable is a bit harsh)

I love :

[name_f]Elizabeth[/name_f]
[name_f]Beatrice[/name_f]

I see no reason not to add them if you like them. You have plenty of time to whittle things down when it’s time. I think, right?

[name_f]Erika[/name_f]
I know other Berries want to be hip and fashionable but I think this is a great name, even if it was popular for my generation. I also like the K spelling the best, myself.

[name_u]Piper[/name_u]
I like this name, but I personally couldn’t use it as a first. This, like most surname names just doesn’t age well. [name_f]IMO[/name_f]. I think it’s great as a middle, of course it is really popular now too.

[name_f]Emmeline[/name_f]
I love this name. Would you pronounce it -line or -leen or -lynne? It would be on my list but…it’s a little too similar to [name_f]Emma[/name_f] and I’m kind of over that name, as much as I like it.

[name_f]Elisabeth[/name_f]
I love [name_f]Elizabeth[/name_f] a great classic name, [name_f]Elisabeth[/name_f] is also nice but I prefer the z spelling.

[name_f]Scarlet[/name_f]
Not [name_f]Scarlett[/name_f]? I don’t really like this name, but it is popular and many Berries love it. I think the scar sound and the Gone with the Wind reference turn me off.

[name_f]Beatrice[/name_f]
[name_f]Lovely[/name_f], beautiful, and not overused. Definitely on trend. If you only choose one to add, this is it.

[name_f]Erika[/name_f] - this is my sister’s name, born in '85. I’ve always loved it, and found that everyone else does, too. When she was a little girl we called her ‘Airy.’ She would definitely be the only one on the playground, I don’t know any other Erikas.

[name_u]Piper[/name_u] - this sounds more like a nickname to me than a name name. I can’t personally imagine calling a grown woman [name_u]Piper[/name_u].

[name_f]Emmeline[/name_f] - Cute, maybe a little too cute for my taste.

[name_f]Elisabeth[/name_f] - an absolute classic. I prefer this spelling, too.

[name_f]Scarlet[/name_f] - This name has future dancer written all over it, in my opinion.

[name_f]Beatrice[/name_f] - another classic, definitely superior to [name_f]Beatrix[/name_f] if only to avoid the awful nn [name_f]Trixie[/name_f].

[name_f]Erika[/name_f]- Feels a bit dated?
[name_u]Piper[/name_u]- NMS but for some reason I really like it.
[name_f]Emmeline[/name_f]- I like this, especially if you tend to like “[name_f]Em[/name_f]-” names.
[name_f]Elisabeth[/name_f]- Pretty, classic, tons of great nicknames- you don’t have to choose now! She might be a [name_f]Betsy[/name_f], [name_f]Beth[/name_f], [name_f]Bess[/name_f], or Lis.
[name_f]Scarlet[/name_f]- I prefer “[name_f]Scarlett[/name_f]”, but I think it’s very pretty. I don’t get stuck on the first syllable “scar” but it does make me think of bold colors and southern belles.
[name_f]Beatrice[/name_f]- [name_f]My[/name_f] personal favorite. I think of the incredibly witty [name_f]Beatrice[/name_f] in Much [name_f]Ado[/name_f] About Nothing… I love this name and I think the nickname [name_f]Bea[/name_f] is adorable.
