I’m now 14 weeks along with [name_u]Baby[/name_u] #2 and just have had no motivation to pick out a girl name. I try to look at names and just can’t find anything I love and can picture naming my child. I would love another little girl, but I feel like she would be nameless! Our daughter is [name_u]Ellison[/name_u] Katea. If this baby is a boy, we are pretty set on the name [name_m]Kellen[/name_m] [name_u]James[/name_u]. The only girl name both of us like is [name_f]Anneliese[/name_f], but I don’t think either of us is REALLY in love with it like we were with [name_u]Ellison[/name_u]'s name. Also not sure if I like the sound of those two names together ([name_u]Ellison[/name_u] and [name_f]Anneliese[/name_f]). Hubby isn’t really into names, he really only comments when I come up with something. And usually he hates them. I just need some beautiful, unique (but not too crazy!) names to throw at him!!! Nothing near the top of the charts. He hates names that sound made up (I loved [name_u]Everly[/name_u], he said it sounded like it belonged on a teen TV show, my first choice for this baby if it’s a girl was Kallahan, he absolutely vetoed that one). I don’t think I could get him to make a list of his favorites, and I have a feeling if he did I wouldn’t like any of them (he has only mentioned two names that I can think of - [name_u]Addison[/name_u] and [name_f]Lily[/name_f]). HELP me, ladies! I would love to have something to call this baby if we end up finding out next month that it’s another girl!!!
Sidenote, we do both like [name_f]Emilia[/name_f] as a middle name, but are not totally set on it! [name_m]Don[/name_m]'t think we would use it as a first name though, I don’t want to feel committed to using all E names if we have a third baby someday!
Since you like [name_u]Everly[/name_u], what about [name_u]Ainsley[/name_u], [name_u]Delaney[/name_u], [name_u]Flannery[/name_u], or [name_u]Ivory[/name_u].
Since you like Kallahan, what about [name_u]Cassidy[/name_u], [name_u]Cameron[/name_u], Carrigan, [name_u]Kimberly[/name_u], or [name_f]Kendra[/name_f],.
Since you like Anneleise, what about [name_f]Annabelle[/name_f], or [name_f]Annette[/name_f].
I agree, [name_u]Ellison[/name_u] and [name_f]Anneliese[/name_f] are not great together. I too love [name_u]Everly[/name_u], shame your hubby doesn’t. My Suggestions would be…

2 that jumped out at me are [name_u]Ainsley[/name_u] and [name_u]Waverly[/name_u] - I’ve suggested both and gotten shot down. Bummer! I thought it was funny that he said [name_u]Waverly[/name_u] was “too Gossip Girl”, as if he ever watched the show to know the names on it?! I do like [name_f]Laurel[/name_f] and [name_f]Lila[/name_f], too. [name_m]Don[/name_m]'t think I’ve ever suggested those but I’m guessing since we know someone with a dog named [name_f]Lila[/name_f] that’s probably not going to fly! Haha.
