I’m probably way off, but those are what came to mind as I meditated on that type of name. I teach Frankenstein to my high school students and the only female names really associated with Frankenstein are [name_f]Elizabeth[/name_f], [name_f]Caroline[/name_f], and [name_f]Justine[/name_f]. Oh! I just remembered that [name_f]Elizabeth[/name_f]'s last name was Lavenza…I think, you’ll have to look it up. Lavenza could be a perfect name…

Those are all good suggestions! I like [name_f]Winona[/name_f]. It’s meaning is something to do with being first born or something like that, right? Lavenza is pretty sweet too and I do love the tie to the original! I wish they’d taught Frankenstein when I was in high school! That would have been way more interesting that a few of the books we read for [name_u]IB[/name_u] World Literature. I had to discover the book on my own. Anyway, thanks so much for your great suggestions!
