Need help naming my boy/girl twins?!

Hello nameberries,
I desperately need suggestions for our boy/girl twins arriving in 10 days or less!

We already have son [name_u]Henry[/name_u] 4, and daughter [name_f]Bonnie[/name_f] 2. I suppose we seem to like more old-fashioned/traditional/warm names, and don’t like names that are too unusual or ‘made up’.
[name_f]My[/name_f] husband is [name_u]French[/name_u] and only speaks to our children in [name_u]French[/name_u] so the names have to be able to be said in French/with a french accent without sounding completely ridiculous haha. I also have an [name_u]Irish[/name_u] background and love those sorts of names, but [name_u]Irish[/name_u] and [name_u]French[/name_u] don’t seem to work out most of the time!!

For girls so far we like names like [name_u]Ruby[/name_u], [name_f]Margot[/name_f], [name_f]Eleanor[/name_f], [name_f]Lucie[/name_f]- we think we might choose one of these? But also very happy for more suggestions.

But for boys we are totally lost. We like the names [name_u]James[/name_u] and [name_u]Jack[/name_u] but our last name is one syllable beginning with G and we feel the names sound a little harsh with it. They also don’t have that magic ‘ah that’s the name’ feeling for us.

Please any help is appreciated!!
Thank you

[name_u]Henry[/name_u] and [name_f]Bonnie[/name_f] is such a lovely sibset! All your girl names flow lovey with them, though my favourite is probably [name_f]Lucie[/name_f]. And I have no issues with [name_u]James[/name_u] and [name_u]Jack[/name_u] either.

For little brother and sister I’d suggest…

Congrats on the twins!

How about, Henry, Bonnie,

Margot & Arthur
Eleanor & Theo
Lucie & Freddie
August & Flora
Leo & Sylvie
Oscar & Fleur
Rosalie & Charlie
Valerie & Alfie
Eliza & Claude
Violet & Hugo
Lisette & Albert

Mix and match as you like!

I’m not as keen on Ruby (it’s a fave on here but a little too cute for me) - it could be paired with the boys’ above. I intentionally paired Lucie and the other “ie” names with “ie” boys as I think you might as well go all four “ie” / “y” if you’re doing three - but possibly not if these aren’t your last two kids.

What about [name_m]Luke[/name_m] or [name_m]Luc[/name_m] for the boy? That seems very similar to the names you mentioned, but not overused
I am still thinking NM

For a boy I thought of [name_m]Ronan[/name_m] - an Irish name that has had some usage in France.

ETA: I thought the link would lead directly to Ronan’s graph, but if it goes to the main page you can still search manually (the site is in French).

I like [name_f]Lucie[/name_f] and [name_f]Eleanor[/name_f]

Suggestions for boys

[name_u]Daniel[/name_u]
[name_m]Luke[/name_m]

[name_m]Benoit[/name_m] and [name_f]Margot[/name_f]
[name_u]Julien[/name_u] and [name_f]Eleanor[/name_f]
[name_u]Remy[/name_u] and [name_f]Lucie[/name_f] (my favorite)
[name_u]Leo[/name_u] and [name_f]Chloe[/name_f]

[name_f]Lucie[/name_f] & [name_u]Jack[/name_u] would be so sweet! Other ideas for a boy:

[name_u]Rudy[/name_u]
[name_u]Milo[/name_u]
[name_u]Ellis[/name_u]
[name_u]Tommy[/name_u]

(I have no idea how well these work in french, so I apologize if this isn’t what you’re looking for!)

Congratulations! I think [name_u]Ruby[/name_u] or [name_f]Eleanor[/name_f] fit beautifully with your other kid’s names.
