I think [name]Cecily[/name] is much softer looking and more classic than [name]Sicily[/name], while maintaining much of the same sound?
I think [name]Soleil[/name] is the sort of word name that gives actual French people hives, but I have a soft spot for it. [name]Soleil[/name], however, doesn’t work with [name]Snow[/name] for me, sun/snow sort of gets too double-barrel word-y for me.
From your list I like [name]Ottilie[/name] [name]Snow[/name]. Fresh and lovely. [name]Love[/name] this. I also like [name]Ottilie[/name] [name]Plum[/name].

Is cecily pn [name]Sicily[/name] or Ceecily? I like how it looks but don’t know if people would pn it how I like. Speaking of pronouncing, do you think people would get that soleil is not so-leel? I like oriana a lot actually. I loved arianna but it’s so darn popular in the Midwest I gave it up. That’s my only reservation w [name]Arabella[/name]. I ditto the [name]Cecily[/name] suggestion. I think, if you would be comfortable naming your child [name]Sun[/name] or [name]Venus[/name], then [name]Soleil[/name] is fine. I personally wouldn’t go there; hives is about right. Maybe as a middle name though. However, [name]Marie[/name]-[name]Soleil[/name] is a well known children’s music performer. Again, I’d stay away from it.
