I am unsure until the end of next month if I’m having a boy or girl but cannot find a boy name we love. We have girl names picked but no luck on the boy end.
The name has to go with our surname [name]Stone[/name]. We loved the name [name]Cole[/name] but [name]Cole[/name] [name]Stone[/name] is not great sounding.
Any help or input would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!!
Thanks for the input and suggestions. I like [name]Owen[/name], [name]Brady[/name] and [name]Colin[/name]. I like Braydn its the name I would have named my first if she were a boy.
Our daughter is [name]Madison[/name] aka [name]Maddie[/name] cakes or Madabug.
The girl names we like are [name]Clara[/name] [name]Elizabeth[/name] or [name]Haley[/name] ([name]Hailey[/name] is how I would spell it but hubby likes it the other way) [name]Elizabeth[/name]
[name]How[/name] does [name]Henry[/name] [name]Douglas[/name] sound??? [name]Reason[/name] is because [name]Henry[/name] is the name of a place in Barbados and [name]Douglas[/name] because its my dads name. Or is [name]Henry[/name] too old sounding??
[name]Henry[/name] is great-- not old sounding at all! In fact, it’s pretty popular at the moment. [name]Henry[/name] [name]Douglas[/name] is very handsome.
Yeah, that sounds too close to Cold [name]Stone[/name] Creamery. I would also avoid [name]Aaron[/name] because of the Disney show, [name]Aaron[/name] [name]Stone[/name]. [name]Eli[/name] [name]Stone[/name] was a one-season show in 2008, so if you like that, it’s not as well known.
I, too, have a strong one-syllable, word surname and it has eliminated a few names. [name]Elliott[/name] and [name]August[/name] are my top two though if that helps.
[name]Henry[/name] is nice, but it could get a bit awkward when you tell him how you chose the name. [name]Douglas[/name] would be great for a middle name. I love family names! It makes them more special imo.
