We’re at the halfway mark with our pregnancy and have a girl’s name locked in: [name]June[/name], but still desperately seeking a boy’s name. We’d like it to pair well with [name]June[/name] since it would definitely be a potential sibling down the road. Last name is Fairweather, which is quite a mouthful on it’s own. Trying to stay away from top 50 even though there are some in there we really like ([name]Nathan[/name], [name]Logan[/name], [name]Liam[/name]) only would do them as a last resort.

Update - Thanks for all the feedback! I think Elliot(t) is now the leader for us, but a new issue has arisen. We’d like to have an ‘L’ middle name to honor an important family member but that would make the initials ‘ELF’
Personally, I think this is just fine as we’re both huge nerds but the wife is skeptical that the kid may get flak for the initials. If it were me I would just think they’re awesome but who knows what other kids latch onto.
I like [name]Colin[/name] Fairweather. It’s my favourite choice by far. And I think [name]Colin[/name] and [name]June[/name] would be excellent sibling names!

@onelove - I’m trying to convince the wife that [name]Fox[/name] Fairweather is totally viable but I’m not sure she’s buying it. I think it sounds pretty cool, “I’m [name]Fox[/name] Fairweather, private eye!” but I may be alone on that. If I keep pestering her though I may win it as a middle name.
Since your surname Fairweather has two words in it, I would advise you to avoid another word name for the first so it won’t sound like a description of a thing instead of a human name. If you do love a word name, it would fine in the middle spot.
