Need help with a middle name

It’s still too early to know the sex, so we’re trying to make a list of names for both genders.

If it’s a boy, his first name will most likely be [name]Denver[/name]. As for a second name, I want to commemorate our fathers. Problem is, I don’t love either of our father’s two names. So, what I am looking for is a middle name that either uses M or G, that kind of evokes the spirit of their names or sounds similar to their names, without being the actual names. The two names are [name]Guido[/name] and [name]Michael[/name].

Thanks!

What about the names:
[name]Mitchell[/name]
[name]Merrick[/name]
[name]Malachi[/name]
[name]Maximus[/name]
[name]Maxwell[/name]

[name]Gideon[/name]
[name]Giovanni[/name]
[name]Griffith[/name]

Good luck! We’re struggling with baby boy middle names too

Hmmm… [name]How[/name] about [name]Gabriel[/name]? An archangel whose name starts with G?

Conversely, an Italian name starting with M would capture both:

[name]Michele[/name] (Italian form of [name]Michael[/name], the ch is pronounced as in ‘church’)
[name]Marino[/name] (manly via [name]Dan[/name] [name]Marino[/name])
[name]Matteo[/name]
[name]Marcello[/name]

[name]Guido[/name] means ‘wood.’ This is a little out there, but Morio means ‘forest boy.’ it starts with an M and somewhat sounds like [name]Guido[/name].

Ooof. [name]Guido[/name] is a tough one. Fortunately, there’s lots you can do with [name]Michael[/name], and I think the above-mentioned “[name]Gabriel[/name]” is a great compromise.

[name]Micah[/name] - [name]Haven[/name]'t seen this mentioned yet. It’s very simple yet appealing to me. I can’t use it because I have a [name]Michael[/name] too close in the family to have 2… but as far as naming after a [name]Michael[/name] it’s not a huge, hard to explain stretch.
[name]Gideon[/name]
[name]Marcus[/name]
[name]Malachi[/name]
[name]Mordecai[/name]
[name]Gavin[/name]
[name]Gareth[/name], [name]Garrett[/name]
[name]Gilead[/name], [name]Gilad[/name]
[name]Gershon[/name]

I actually love G names for boys,
