Need help with daughters name?

My boyfriend and I are having a daughter in a couple of weeks and still can’t agree on a name. We have completely different taste in names and can not find one we both like. So we have decided one of us will get to name the baby because there are too many arguments. He is more classic in his taste and I am more unique/modern.
We are not going to pick a name each so one of us is going to name her.

His name
[name]Bernadine[/name] [name]Kathleen[/name]

My name
[name]Mackenzie[/name] [name]Grace[/name]

Thanks for your help, we are not going to mix and match.

Your name styles definitely are different, and I think my pick would be [name]Mackenzie[/name] [name]Grace[/name]. I know you said no mixing or matching, but [name]Mackenzie[/name] [name]Kathleen[/name] would be pretty

Here are some suggestions that might suit both your tastes:

[name]Eliza[/name]
[name]Serena[/name]
[name]Charlotte[/name]
[name]Delilah[/name]
[name]Cordelia[/name]
[name]Sophia[/name]
[name]Ivy[/name]
[name]Ava[/name]
[name]Violet[/name]
[name]Tess/name
[name]Ruby[/name]

Not sure why you can’t mix and match? [name]Bernadine[/name] [name]Kathleen[/name] reminds me of [name]Amelia[/name] [name]Bedelia[/name]. [name]Mackenzie[/name] [name]Grace[/name] seems super trendy. I like [name]Bernadine[/name] [name]Grace[/name] or [name]Mackenzie[/name] [name]Kathleen[/name] better than the two sets above.

I prefer [name]Mackenzie[/name], although I do realize it is trendy and will feel dated soon. But [name]Bernadine[/name]… I don’t like it at all.

[name]Do[/name] you like [name]McKayla[/name]? If you spell it [name]Michaela[/name] it is both classic and trendy!

I think it would be much better to make a compromise than to have a winner…

This person has posted that she is having a baby in two months, a few weeks, and that she’s not pregnant (just a few minutes ago…) all in a few days. She is a troll.

[name]Bernadine[/name] [name]Grace[/name] is very pretty.

I’m not into [name]Bernadine[/name] [name]Kathleen[/name] cause it’s rhymey

[name]McKenzie[/name] is not my style at all…I’m more classic too. [name]Grace[/name] is classic, but popular today. Maybe you should consider other names like that…[name]Eve[/name], [name]Eliza[/name], plenty of very modern feeling names are classic as well.

My husband and I have the same naming styles as you and yours. He wanted [name]Kimberly[/name], I liked [name]Corliss[/name] - we chose [name]Geneva[/name] for it’s middle ground. My point, we threw out our favorite choices and found something that felt unusual (for me) but not “out there” (for him).

What about>
[name]Cordelia[/name]
[name]Helena[/name]
[name]Eleni[/name]
[name]Ilara[/name]
[name]Lexi[/name]
[name]Briar[/name]
[name]Blythe[/name]
[name]Blair[/name]
harper
harlowe
[name]Marlowe[/name]
[name]Hadley[/name]
[name]Makaria[/name]
[name]Maisie[/name]
[name]Margaux[/name]
[name]Kendall[/name]
[name]Kendra[/name]
[name]Cassandra[/name]
[name]Karis[/name]
[name]Katniss[/name]

I really dislike [name]Bernadette[/name]. I believe your doing the nine months of being uncomfortable, and probably the majority of the baby work - so the vote on name is more 60/40! HE HE

I would pick [name]Mackenzie[/name] [name]Grace[/name] The flow of [name]Bernadine[/name] [name]Kathleen[/name] is way off since the names rhyme.

This poster is a troll, FYI. She also just posted that she isn’t pregnant.
