Your list is gorgeous! I love [name]Penelope[/name]…especially nn [name]Penny[/name]. [name]Hazel[/name] and [name]Luisa[/name] are also lovely.

I [name]LOVE[/name] [name]Laurel[/name]. [name]Love[/name] love love. Feminine, unusual, and I love that it’s not some delicate little flower, but a strong tree. I think [name]Hazel[/name] [name]Marie[/name] shares those qualities, but I like the sound of [name]Laurel[/name] a little better. I also love [name]Carolina[/name] [name]Marie[/name]–lots of great nickname potential and (to my mind) a little spunkier than [name]Caroline[/name].

I have never been a big [name]Penelope[/name] fan, and I don’t like that PenelopEE [name]MarEE[/name] end the same way. I think it takes away from the rhythm. And while I love [name]Louisa[/name], I don’t particularly care for the Italian/Spanish spelling (unless it has cultural significance that you’d like to honor). All of your other names are quirky, vintage names with a classic edge, but this form of [name]Luisa[/name] has a very different feel to me…
