Ok so this post is slightly different from most that you’ll see on here as I’m not having a baby… I’m changing my own name! It’s something I’ve been thinking about for a while and have decided that now is the time to take the plunge for my new start.
My current name is [name_f]Joanna[/name_f] Humphreys - I plan to change my surname to [name_u]Walker[/name_u] (mothers maiden name) and alter the spelling of my first name to [name_f]Johanna[/name_f]. My trouble is that I want to give myself a middle name, purely because I have always wanted one
I’m also open to changing my first name and using [name_f]Johanna[/name_f] as my middle name, since I could still go by ‘[name_u]Jo[/name_u]’ which everybody knows me by.
So for the combos I would like [name_f]Johanna[/name_f] to be either the first or middle name. Some of these names I just like, others are names of great grandmas etc.
I think [name_f]Johanna[/name_f] sounds best with a short middle, like:
[name_f]Johanna[/name_f] [name_f]Elise[/name_f] - initials would be JEW, might be a problem

If you want the middle name to end with an A, then I think [name_f]Johanne[/name_f] would be better, like:
