What the original poster is looking for is a first name that begins with a G and a middle name that begins with an E. Their last name starts with a M. Initials would spell G.E.M. Maybe they want to nn their little girl [name]Gem[/name] with out using the actual name [name]Gem[/name] or [name]Gemma[/name]. [name]Gem[/name], as in a jewel, you know - ruby, sapphire, diamond ect. A precious gemstone.
I think it’s lovely and I can honestly say that if my last name ended with an M, I’d be very tempted to do the exact same thing.
I love the idea of [name]GEM[/name]. My last name starts with M and I thought about it too. I especially [name]LOVE[/name] [name]Gemma[/name] and have thought about it a lot for my [name]April[/name] girl that’s coming.
However I have a very big dilemma with that:
[name]Gemma[/name] + My Last Name = Very famous and notorious porn star in the UK. If you google her full name you get pages of naughty websites.
So if your last name is different from mine then definately go with [name]Gemma[/name]. It is such a wonderful name.
Another fun idea. If we were going to use [name]Gemma[/name], our birth announcements were going to say something like this, “We are so happy to welcome our new little jewel, [name]Gemma[/name]” Would be darling!
