Need opinions on my girls names

[name_f]Edith[/name_f] [name_f]Iris[/name_f] [name_u]Jean[/name_u] - war, rainbow, God is gracious

[name_f]Liberty[/name_f] [name_f]Bethia[/name_f] [name_f]Pearl[/name_f] - freedom, daughter of Jehovah, pearl

[name_f]Damia[/name_f] [name_f]Nicole[/name_f] [name_f]Gayle[/name_f] - to tame, victorious, party

[name_f]Theodora[/name_f] [name_u]Oakley[/name_u] [name_u]Blair[/name_u] - God’s gift, meadow of oak trees, field

[name_f]Gretchen[/name_f] [name_u]Paisley[/name_u] [name_u]Lane[/name_u] - pearl, paisley pattern, country road

[name_f]Elowen[/name_f] [name_u]Lyric[/name_u] [name_f]Jane[/name_f] - elm tree, lyrics, God is gracious

[name_f]Bridget[/name_f] [name_f]Edlyn[/name_f] [name_f]Kate[/name_f] - exalted, princess, pure

[name_u]Allison[/name_u] Edrea [name_f]Blanche[/name_f] - noble, powerful, pure

family names: [name_u]Jean[/name_u], [name_f]Damia[/name_f], [name_f]Gayle[/name_f]

[name_f]Edith[/name_f] [name_f]Iris[/name_f] [name_u]Jean[/name_u] - I really like this combo. [name_f]Edith[/name_f] is a lovely old-fashioned but classic name and [name_f]Iris[/name_f] adds a flowery touch and is then grounded with [name_u]Jean[/name_u].

[name_f]Liberty[/name_f] [name_f]Bethia[/name_f] [name_f]Pearl[/name_f] - None of these names are really my style. I prefer [name_u]Ruby[/name_u] and [name_f]Opal[/name_f] to [name_f]Pearl[/name_f]. [name_f]Bethia[/name_f] sounds like you just added a weird ending to the name [name_f]Beth[/name_f]. [name_f]Liberty[/name_f] is a cool name with a nn potential of Libbs and [name_f]Libby[/name_f] but just not a name I would use.

[name_f]Damia[/name_f] [name_f]Nicole[/name_f] [name_f]Gayle[/name_f] - [name_f]Damia[/name_f] looks like [name_m]Damian[/name_m] with the N taken off so I’m not really a fan, but that’s just my opinion as I am more familiar with the name [name_m]Damian[/name_m]. I like the name [name_f]Nicole[/name_f] but I don’t think [name_f]Gayle[/name_f] goes very well with it nor am I a fan of [name_f]Gayle[/name_f]. Since [name_f]Gayle[/name_f] is a family name you could honor the name by using [name_f]Grace[/name_f] or [name_f]Gwen[/name_f].

[name_f]Theodora[/name_f] [name_u]Oakley[/name_u] [name_u]Blair[/name_u] - [name_f]Theodora[/name_f] has grown on me recently with the nn [name_f]Thea[/name_f]. [name_u]Oakley[/name_u] is a cool name and so is [name_u]Blair[/name_u], but I prefer the spelling [name_u]Blaire[/name_u].

[name_f]Gretchen[/name_f] [name_u]Paisley[/name_u] [name_u]Lane[/name_u] - I like these together. It sounds very country but I like that. I would prefer [name_u]Lane[/name_u] to be spelled [name_u]Laine[/name_u].

[name_f]Elowen[/name_f] [name_u]Lyric[/name_u] [name_f]Jane[/name_f] - Very whimsical. The three are nice together.

[name_f]Bridget[/name_f] [name_f]Edlyn[/name_f] [name_f]Kate[/name_f] - I like [name_f]Bridget[/name_f] and [name_f]Kate[/name_f] but [name_f]Edlyn[/name_f] sounds made up. I like [name_f]Bridget[/name_f] [name_u]Evelyn[/name_u] [name_f]Kate[/name_f], or [name_f]Bridget[/name_f] [name_f]Adeline[/name_f] [name_f]Kate[/name_f].

[name_u]Allison[/name_u] Edrea [name_f]Blanche[/name_f] - I’ve never liked the name [name_f]Blanche[/name_f], that’s how I cook vegetables. [name_u]Allison[/name_u] is fine but nothing special to me. Edrea is interesting but again not my style. I like [name_u]Allison[/name_u] [name_f]Elena[/name_f] or [name_u]Allison[/name_u] [name_f]Elise[/name_f] better.

[name_f]Edith[/name_f] [name_f]Iris[/name_f] [name_u]Jean[/name_u] – [name_f]Edith[/name_f] [name_f]Iris[/name_f] is lovely, but [name_u]Jean[/name_u] feels a bit tacked on here, imo.

[name_f]Liberty[/name_f] [name_f]Bethia[/name_f] [name_f]Pearl[/name_f] – The whole thing has wonderful flow, meaning, and imagery. [name_f]Bethia[/name_f] is unique and pretty; I had never heard of it until now. And I adore [name_f]Pearl[/name_f]!

[name_f]Damia[/name_f] [name_f]Nicole[/name_f] [name_f]Gayle[/name_f] – Honestly, the names are just nms, but I think the combo as a whole flows well enough and is not a bad name by any means.

[name_f]Theodora[/name_f] [name_u]Oakley[/name_u] [name_u]Blair[/name_u] – I think it’s nice to see [name_f]Theodora[/name_f] on someone’s list. I personally think of [name_u]Oakley[/name_u] as more of a boys name, plus it seems trendy and unisex, like it doesn’t fit with vintage [name_f]Theodora[/name_f].

[name_f]Gretchen[/name_f] [name_u]Paisley[/name_u] [name_u]Lane[/name_u] – [name_f]Gretchen[/name_f] is cool; nms, but a pleasantly unexpected choice. I love [name_u]Paisley[/name_u], and [name_u]Paisley[/name_u] [name_u]Lane[/name_u] sounds adorable. I just don’t think it fits stylistically with [name_f]Gretchen[/name_f]. (However, that’s just my opinion.)

[name_f]Elowen[/name_f] [name_u]Lyric[/name_u] [name_f]Jane[/name_f] – Beautiful imagery! I adore [name_f]Jane[/name_f] and [name_f]Elowen[/name_f]. Personally, don’t care for [name_u]Lyric[/name_u], but it sounds lovely after [name_f]Elowen[/name_f]!

[name_f]Bridget[/name_f] [name_f]Edlyn[/name_f] [name_f]Kate[/name_f] – I’m not sure how I feel about this one. [name_f]Kinda[/name_f] neutral, I guess.

[name_u]Allison[/name_u] Edrea [name_f]Blanche[/name_f] – I don’t care for Edrea, but I am really liking [name_u]Allison[/name_u] and [name_f]Blanche[/name_f]!
