Hey guys, I need your opinions on these names, or any suggestions.

because I still get called [name]Jaz[/name] man, jazzy man, and [name]Jaz[/name] [name]Manly[/name] (lee is my mn) and [name]Jaz[/name] is [name]Manly[/name] boo hoo
to me.
Alliance/Elliance (pron uh-lie-ants) I met someone with a cousin with this name.

Honestly, the only ones I remotely like are [name]Carmen[/name] and [name]Kendall[/name] and [name]Tayla[/name]. I don’t think you’ll have pronunciation issues with [name]Carmen[/name] - it’s a fairly well-known name that most people can easily pronounce properly.
Alliance/Elliance, [name]Katniss[/name], and [name]Primrose[/name] are absolutely horrible. Anything that distinct from a movie should never be a name in real life, [name]IMO[/name].
[name]Eliah[/name] and [name]Shasta[/name] are ok. I think you’ll find most people will pronounce [name]Eliah[/name] “[name]El[/name]-ee-ah” or “[name]El[/name]-eye-ah”, and I prefer [name]Sascha[/name] or [name]Sacha[/name] or [name]Shasta[/name].

[name]Primrose[/name] and [name]Eliah[/name] are nice, but I agree with the above poster about [name]Eliah[/name]'s pronunciation.
[name]Kendall[/name] and [name]Tayla[/name] are rather 90’s for me and I generally don’t like names that ‘scream’ 90’s out to me.
In all honesty, I really like [name]Katniss[/name] but would never use to it due to the heavy connection to the Hunger Games and nothing else. Made up names from books and movies shouldn’t be used in my opinion as that will always be people’s first opinion.
I’m unsure of the pronunciation of [name]Shasta[/name], but I don’t think I like it.
Alliance/Elliance is a word and nothing more in my opinion.

[name]Katniss[/name]. I’m sorry, but as a gigantic fan of the books, I have to beg anyone I see with this name in her post not to use it. It is barely known for anything other than the books, and it is extremely fad-ish. The kid named [name]Katniss[/name] in the 2010s will walk around with a giant stamp on her forehead that says, “My mom was a Hunger Games” fan. It’s like naming your child [name]Renesmee[/name]. Please. Please. No. And Kitkat is a nickname I had to discourage with my sister [name]Catherine[/name] ([name]Cate[/name]) because it made me think of a girl who eats a lot of candy.
[name]Kendall[/name]. Would be okay, if not for the recent surge in the sale of Kindles.
[name]Eliah[/name]. Not my taste, but it’s nice.
[name]Shasta[/name]. Better without the nickname, which sounds like [name]Chaz[/name].
[name]Primrose[/name]. Same with the above [name]Katniss[/name].
[name]Carmen[/name]. Best one. Whatever you’re worried about, this one is the least like to be made fun of on your list. There is no good nickname for [name]Carmen[/name]; it’s great as it is. [name]Cara[/name] is the closest you’re going to get, and I think it takes the beauty away from [name]Carmen[/name].
Alliance. Is a word. [name]Alli[/name] is the only possible nickname. Elliance is a misspelled word.
[name]Tayla[/name]. It looks like someone botched [name]Taylor[/name] on the birth certificate.
Like a few others, the only one I really like is [name]Carmen[/name].
The only ones I like are [name]Carmen[/name] and [name]Tayla[/name] (sort of)
[name]Katniss[/name]…no. I agree completely with the above poster. Besides that, even the other characters in the book call her Catnip at one point in the beginning. Also, because an above poster called it made up, I have to say that it’s not a made up name, it’s a common name for the Sagetarria plant. I like Sagetarria better.
[name]Primrose[/name] is very pretty and I think is fine as a middle name.
[name]Kendall[/name] is a boy name to me.
[name]Eliah[/name] – I would have said ee-LIE-uh and I think it’s prettier that way.
[name]Shasta[/name] – I don’t know why, but I don’t like this name. I think there might be a [name]Shasta[/name] Cola.
Alliance is a word but it could be okay in the middle.
[name]Carmen[/name] is such a pretty name! I just rediscovered it recently and I’ve added it to our long list. The other names on your list are not my style at all. So my top pick for you would be [name]Carmen[/name].
[name]Primrose[/name] and [name]Katniss[/name] are my favorites from your list and i’ve never had anything to do with the hunger games.
[name]Carmen[/name] is also nice is a caramel kind of way but a bit too boyish for my liking.
