[name_f]My[/name_f] husband and I are due next month with our first child, a baby girl! We have only really agreed on one name and am now just wanting to get real, honest opinions from others. What do you think of the name [name_u]Josie[/name_u] [name_u]Winter[/name_u]? We really love it, but again just looking for outsiders opinions. Also, any cute nicknames you can think of other than [name_u]Jo[/name_u] or JoJo–not a huge fan of those. Thanks in advance!

I think it’s a very sweet and pretty name!
From [name_u]Josie[/name_u], the only other nicknames I can think of are [name_f]Joy[/name_f], [name_u]Joey[/name_u], [name_f]Zee[/name_f] and Zozie/Sosie. You could do [name_f]Winnie[/name_f] from her middle name too.

It’s energetic and fun. I like [name_u]Jo[/name_u] [name_u]Jo[/name_u], but you could also use [name_u]Joey[/name_u].

The name [name_u]Josie[/name_u] [name_u]Winter[/name_u] is so cute! I personally love the name [name_u]Josie[/name_u] and don’t think it needs a nickname but if you really wanted one there’s [name_f]Sisi[/name_f], [name_u]Osie[/name_u] or [name_u]Joey[/name_u]. Those are the only ones I can think of other than [name_u]Jo[/name_u] or [name_u]Jojo[/name_u].

Josie isn’t my style but it’s very cute and would be adorable on a little girl. I love that you paired warm vintage bubbly [name_u]Josie[/name_u] with cool modern [name_u]Winter[/name_u]. [name_f]Gigi[/name_f] might work for a nickname sound wise. Maybe [name_f]Joy[/name_f]? Jolly? [name_u]Joss[/name_u]? [name_f]Kitty[/name_f] ([name_u]Josie[/name_u] and the pussycats?)?
