We currently have an [name_f]Isla[/name_f] (eye-la) [name_f]Annalise[/name_f]. Our second daughter is due this summer, and we need name recommendations!

I think that [name_f]Isla[/name_f] [name_f]Annalise[/name_f] and [name_u]Sailor[/name_u] [name_f]Olivia[/name_f] sound really cute together.
I also think that [name_m]Brinlee[/name_m] [name_f]Mila[/name_f], [name_f]Mila[/name_f] [name_f]Juliet[/name_f], and Everlee [name_u]Harper[/name_u] are really cute as well. (Although I prefer the spelling [name_u]Everly[/name_u])
[name_f]Isla[/name_f] [name_f]Annalise[/name_f] is devine! I like the combo of current first name with vintage name middle.
First some thoughts on your list:
[name_f]Ava[/name_f] - I’d pair this with a longer middle for flow.
[name_f]Ava[/name_f] [name_f]Lavinia[/name_f]
[name_f]Ava[/name_f] [name_f]Ferelith[/name_f]
[name_f]Ava[/name_f] [name_f]Madeline[/name_f]
[name_f]Ava[/name_f] [name_f]Rosalie[/name_f]
Also, [name_f]Ada[/name_f] is another alternative for [name_f]Ava[/name_f] that is very fresh and underused if that appeals to you at all.
[name_u]Avery[/name_u] - I’d pair this with a feminine but not frilly middle.
[name_u]Avery[/name_u] [name_f]Beatrice[/name_f] or [name_u]Avery[/name_u] [name_f]Beatrix[/name_f]
[name_u]Avery[/name_u] [name_f]Camellia[/name_f]
[name_u]Avery[/name_u] [name_f]Evangeline[/name_f]
[name_u]Avery[/name_u] [name_f]Matilda[/name_f]
[name_u]Avery[/name_u] [name_f]Scarlett[/name_f]
[name_f]Aubree[/name_f] - I’d spell it [name_u]Aubrey[/name_u] so you don’t get too many misspellings when people write it down. I’d pair this one with a shorter, more tailored classic name.
[name_u]Aubrey[/name_u] [name_f]Claire[/name_f]
[name_u]Aubrey[/name_u] [name_f]Faye[/name_f]
[name_u]Aubrey[/name_u] [name_f]Grace[/name_f]
[name_u]Aubrey[/name_u] [name_f]Hope[/name_f]
[name_u]Aubrey[/name_u] [name_f]Vera[/name_f]
[name_m]Brinlee[/name_m] - I’d spell it [name_u]Brinley[/name_u] for the same reason as above. I’d pair this one with a more overtly feminine middle.
[name_u]Brinley[/name_u] [name_f]Adelaide[/name_f]
[name_u]Brinley[/name_u] [name_f]Aurora[/name_f]
[name_u]Brinley[/name_u] [name_f]Cassia[/name_f]
[name_u]Brinley[/name_u] [name_f]Coralie[/name_f]
[name_u]Brinley[/name_u] [name_f]Genevieve[/name_f]
[name_u]Brinley[/name_u] [name_f]Gwendolyn[/name_f]
[name_u]Harper[/name_u] - This name is feminine and mid length so it will match almost any middle name you want to use.
[name_u]Harper[/name_u] [name_u]Cassidy[/name_u]
[name_u]Harper[/name_u] [name_f]Grace[/name_f]
[name_u]Harper[/name_u] [name_f]Lilabet[/name_f]
[name_u]Harper[/name_u] [name_f]Lorelei[/name_f]
[name_u]Harper[/name_u] [name_u]Paisley[/name_u]
[name_u]Harper[/name_u] [name_f]Talia[/name_f]
[name_f]Mila[/name_f] - This name would work well with a longer middle.
[name_f]Mila[/name_f] [name_f]Juliet[/name_f] is lovely. You could also try:
[name_f]Mila[/name_f] [name_f]Cecily[/name_f]
[name_f]Mila[/name_f] [name_f]Evangeline[/name_f]
[name_f]Mila[/name_f] [name_f]Felicity[/name_f]
[name_f]Mila[/name_f] [name_f]Penelope[/name_f]
[name_f]Mila[/name_f] [name_f]Rosaline[/name_f]
[name_f]Mila[/name_f] [name_f]Seraphine[/name_f]
[name_u]Sailor[/name_u] would work with the same names as [name_u]Harper[/name_u] since they are similar first names.
Everlee - I like the [name_u]Everly[/name_u] or [name_f]Everleigh[/name_f] spellings much more.
[name_u]Everly[/name_u] [name_u]Addison[/name_u]
[name_u]Everly[/name_u] [name_f]Belle[/name_f]
[name_u]Everly[/name_u] [name_m]Kensington[/name_m]
[name_u]Everly[/name_u] [name_f]Lavender[/name_f]
[name_u]Everly[/name_u] [name_f]Rose[/name_f]
Other ideas for first names that are not on your current list:
[name_f]Elianna[/name_f]
[name_f]Elodie[/name_f]
[name_u]Finley[/name_u]
[name_f]Freya[/name_f]
[name_f]Nora[/name_f]
[name_f]Livia[/name_f]
[name_u]Penny[/name_u]
[name_u]Piper[/name_u]
[name_f]Olive[/name_f]
[name_u]Ruby[/name_u]
[name_f]Zara[/name_f]
We are now thinking about the name [name_f]Violet[/name_f].
[name_f]Violet[/name_f] Everlee.
Or possibly [name_f]Mila[/name_f] Everlee, but we are leaning more towards [name_f]Violet[/name_f].
BTW, the lee rather than ly in Everlee comes from the fact that my mother’s middle name is [name_u]Lee[/name_u] and I think she would enjoy having part of her name in her granddaughters name as well.
I love [name_f]Violet[/name_f] Everlee next to [name_f]Isla[/name_f] [name_f]Annalise[/name_f]. I also like [name_f]Mila[/name_f] but [name_f]Mila[/name_f] Everlee sounds very -ee and l heavy. I think [name_f]Violet[/name_f] Everlee is the winner. (though I loved [name_u]Sailor[/name_u] as well)
I think [name_f]Ava[/name_f] is the best fit with [name_f]Isla[/name_f]. Both are so classic, feminine, and pretty whereas the others seem more trendy.
I love [name_f]Mila[/name_f]. It’s on my list for future children and I would normally suggest it, but [name_f]Mila[/name_f] and [name_f]Isla[/name_f] have that double -la ending. I think they’re too similar, but if you don’t mind that, then [name_f]Ava[/name_f] or [name_f]Mila[/name_f] would get my vote.
I think [name_f]Isla[/name_f] [name_f]Annalise[/name_f] and [name_f]Ava[/name_f] [name_f]Juliet[/name_f] are sisters.
[name_f]Isla[/name_f] and…
[name_f]Isla[/name_f] and [name_f]Ava[/name_f] [name_f]Juliet[/name_f] - Sound good together, different but equally pretty
[name_f]Isla[/name_f] and [name_u]Avery[/name_u]- [name_u]Sam[/name_u] e as [name_f]Ava[/name_f]
[name_f]Isla[/name_f] and [name_u]Sailor[/name_u] [name_f]Olivia[/name_f] - I like the combo, I just think [name_f]Isla[/name_f] is much prettier than [name_u]Sailor[/name_u]
[name_f]Isla[/name_f] and [name_u]Harper[/name_u] [name_u]Avery[/name_u]
[name_f]Isla[/name_f] and [name_f]Mila[/name_f] [name_f]Juliet[/name_f] - Both 4 letter names with the same termination but distint.
I think [name_f]Isla[/name_f] is a very feminine name. I wouldn’t use a unisex name.
Unisex names on your list I wouldn’t use:
[name_u]Avery[/name_u]
[name_f]Aubree[/name_f]
[name_m]Brinlee[/name_m]
[name_u]Harper[/name_u]
[name_u]Sailor[/name_u]
Everlee
The others:
[name_f]Isla[/name_f] and [name_f]Ava[/name_f] - these are perfect sibset names! Sounds great, I highly recommend.
[name_f]Isla[/name_f] and [name_f]Mila[/name_f] - they have too much in common, there is only one letter different! Some people would trip over trying to say their names together out loud.
I like the middle names you’ve mentioned!!
[name_f]Isla[/name_f] and [name_f]Juliet[/name_f] - perfect! Very beautiful sibset.
[name_f]Isla[/name_f] and [name_f]Azalea[/name_f] - this would be my personal favourite. I love the sound of the names and that they have some obvious similarities but aren’t too close.
[name_f]Isla[/name_f] and [name_f]Olivia[/name_f] - beautiful!
I think [name_u]Everly[/name_u] [name_f]Violet[/name_f] would be really cute, but I definitely prefer the [name_u]Everly[/name_u] spelling over the Everlee one.
