Need some creative ideas

Im looking for potential middle names based on names/things that remind me of my grandma.

*Johnny-Jump-Ups (a type of flower, pansy if i remember correctly)
*Tiger [name_f]Lily[/name_f]
*Hummingbird

These are all things that specifically make me think of my grandma but none of them make good middle names  What are some creative alternatives that somehow embody these names/things?

The technical name for Johnny-Jump-Ups is viola tricolor, and [name_f]Viola[/name_f] is a name. So is [name_f]Violet[/name_f]. It is the progenitor of the cultivated pansy, and [name_f]Pansy[/name_f] is a name. [name_f]Lola[/name_f] could be a stretch from [name_f]Viola[/name_f]. [name_u]Or[/name_u] you could do something like [name_f]Jeanie[/name_f] if you want something reminiscent of the sounds of [name_u]Johnny[/name_u] instead.

[name_f]Lily[/name_f] is also a name. You could do something like [name_f]Lillian[/name_f], [name_f]Lillie[/name_f], [name_f]Liliana[/name_f], or [name_f]Lilia[/name_f] if you like those better.

While [name_u]Hummingbird[/name_u] isn’t a name, [name_f]Birdie[/name_f] is used occasionally. [name_u]Or[/name_u] you could do something like [name_f]Avis[/name_f] or [name_f]Aviana[/name_f].

[name_f]Flora[/name_f] and [name_f]Florrie[/name_f] are generalized flowery names.

[name_f]Pansy[/name_f] is a name that I think is really cute and springy, however it has some not so great connotations that you should consider. You could also use [name_f]Viola[/name_f] as suggested above, or a name like [name_f]Tomke[/name_f], Acintya or Yochana, which mean the same thing that the [name_f]Pansy[/name_f] flower symbolizes (thought.)

[name_f]Tigerlily[/name_f] I would also consider a name, and I think it would be especially cool as a middle. In [name_m]Peter[/name_m] [name_m]Pan[/name_m], the name of the Native princess of Neverland is [name_f]Tigerlily[/name_f], so it feels established. However, I second the suggestion that you could also use [name_f]Lily[/name_f], or any other variation (Lilibet, [name_f]Lillian[/name_f], [name_f]Lillemor[/name_f], Lilias…etc.) [name_f]Susannah[/name_f], [name_f]Shoshana[/name_f], [name_f]Susan[/name_f], and [name_f]Suzette[/name_f] also mean LIiy. The names [name_u]Tora[/name_u], [name_u]Taika[/name_u], and Nimra mean [name_u]Tiger[/name_u].

As for hummingbird, in Spanish the word for hummingbird is [name_f]Colibrí[/name_f], which is also a name meaning hummingbird, and I think it’s super cute. [name_f]Anna[/name_f], [name_u]Ruby[/name_u], [name_f]Calliope[/name_f], [name_f]Beryl[/name_f], and [name_f]Violet[/name_f] also connect because of the different kinds of hummingbirds (Anna’s hummingbird, etc.)

There’s a type of hummingbird called a Violetear… could this be used? It would tick two boxes. Not sure how it’s pronounced. You’ve had plenty of other amazing suggestions so not sure I can really add anything else. I concur the [name_f]Tigerlily[/name_f] would make a fun middle

[name_f]Viola[/name_f] (official name for johnny-jump-ups)
[name_u]Juno[/name_u] (combining the sounds of 'Johnny-Jump-Ups?)
[name_f]Tilly[/name_f] (combing [name_u]Tiger[/name_u] and Lily)
Susannah/Susan (means Lily)
Flora/Florence/Fleur
[name_f]Ophelia[/name_f] (via the line '“There’s pansies, that’s for thoughts” from Hamlet)
Jane/Joan/Joanne/Johanna (from ‘Johnny’)
[name_f]Mavis[/name_f] (means bird)
[name_f]Avis[/name_f] (bird meaning)
[name_f]Deryn[/name_f] (bird meaning)
[name_u]Ruby[/name_u] (as in, red-throated hummingbird)
[name_f]Violet[/name_f] (violet-throated hummingbird - and a nod to Johnny-Jump-Ups via [name_f]Viola[/name_f] too?)
[name_f]Calliope[/name_f] (Calliope hummingbirds)
[name_f]Summer[/name_f] (tigerlilies flower in summer; Johnny-jump-ups are used in A Midsummer’s [name_u]Night[/name_u] [name_u]Dream[/name_u])

[name_f]Tigerlily[/name_f] would be so cute

[name_f]Lily[/name_f] (of course!)
[name_f]Susanna[/name_f] / [name_f]Susannah[/name_f] (means lily from Biblical/Ancient Hebrew, שׁוֹשָׁן shoshan)
[name_f]Lilia[/name_f] (Lily in Russian and a variant of Lilia)
[name_u]Merle[/name_u] (means “songbird” in [name_u]French[/name_u] and German)
[name_f]Johanna[/name_f] (Johnny → Johanna)
[name_f]Merel[/name_f] (Dutch form of Merle)
[name_f]Ava[/name_f] / [name_f]Avis[/name_f] (means bird from Latin)
[name_f]Lilou[/name_f]
[name_u]Yuri[/name_u] (lily in Japanese 百合)
[name_f]Lilas[/name_f] (Lily in [name_u]French[/name_u], in [name_u]French[/name_u] you read it as “lee-LAH”.)
[name_f]Viola[/name_f] (Viola tricolour is the official name of Johnny-Jump-Ups.)
[name_f]Birdie[/name_f] (referring to hummingbirds)
[name_f]Mavis[/name_f] (means “songbird”)
Cecily/Cecilia/Cecelia / [name_f]Cicely[/name_f] (One of the possible etymologies is “lily of the sky”, from celo lilia, celis lilia, which combines both birds and lilies.)
[name_u]Ruby[/name_u] (a species of hummingbird)
[name_f]Anna[/name_f] (Another species of hummingbird)
[name_f]Violet[/name_f] (Violet crowned hummingbird; reference also to [name_f]Viola[/name_f] tricolour)
[name_f]Beatrix[/name_f] / [name_f]Beatrice[/name_f] “Bee” (Bee hummingbird; violet [name_m]Tri[/name_m]colour → [name_f]Bea[/name_f]TRIx/ce)
[name_u]Lilian[/name_u] / [name_f]Lillian[/name_f] / [name_f]Liliana[/name_f] (“of the lily/lilies”(

I would totally use [name_f]Tigerlily[/name_f] or [name_u]Hummingbird[/name_u] as middles.
