Need your help with some names...

[name]Hi[/name]! I’m planning to write a zombie story/novel (haven’t decided which) and I’ve narrowed my name list down to a few choices.
My protagonists will be two young teenagers (13-15) and will be a boy and a girl. I want them both to have unusual names.
I’m deciding between [name]Monday[/name] [name]Blue[/name], Bluebird (her nickname will be [name]Birdie[/name] or [name]Blue[/name]) and I sort of like [name]Lolita[/name] [name]Blue[/name] too.
But I don’t really know what to name the boy, so please give me some suggestions! :slight_smile: I’d like some sort of noun name. Suggestions for the girl are completely welcome too. :smiley:

Haha, I used to be obsessed with the name [name]Monday[/name]!! I changed to [name]Sunday[/name] though because of the whole “bad case of the Mondays.”

[name]Monday[/name] [name]Blue[/name] sounds cool! I think the Bluebird option suits her better though.

Thank you for the answers! I think I’m going to go with Bluebird for the girl; though which nickname do you like better, [name]Birdie[/name] or [name]Blue[/name]? I’m still not 100% certain of what I’m going to name the boy, but my favorites are probably [name]Blade[/name], [name]Dune[/name], [name]Storm[/name], [name]West[/name], and Beetle. But I’m a bit afraid that if I go with [name]Blade[/name] people will just think I copied the vampire movie with [name]Westley[/name] Snipes. What do you guys think?

I like [name]Blue[/name] better, but I would imagine people would call her [name]Birdie[/name] because it’s more fun to say. I like [name]Blaze[/name], but there’s to much ‘B’ for me, so I think [name]West[/name] is my favorite.

Bluebird is super cool. I’m kind of in love with [name]Lolita[/name] [name]Blue[/name] though! I think [name]Birdie[/name] is more girly and flighty and [name]Blue[/name] is stronger, so it depends what you’re going for.

Out of your current options for the boy I really like [name]West[/name]. I think [name]Blade[/name] is way too assciated with that one character, plus it starts with Bl-- same as [name]Blue[/name]. I like the sugestion of [name]Rock[/name]. Maybe [name]Rocket[/name] “[name]Rock[/name]” would work.
