So here is my situation I picked my sons name so hubby gets to pick our daughters name who is due in [name]August[/name] well he wants to name her Soul lee I dont know how he thought of it or where it came from because I can’t find the name anywhere I dont want it to be hard to pronounce so i need a spelling I was thinking Soulee would that work? Any suggestions would be nice Thanks in advance!! 
You could do [name]Soleil[/name], pronounced So - lay. It’s French and means “sun”. If he’s set on the e sound at the end then you could spell it Solee, Soulie, Soleigh, [name]Soley[/name]. Good [name]Luck[/name]!

It’s a very odd situation because usually baby naming is a joint effort which I think it should be. I always believe that two heads are better than one when making an important decision like naming an individual. You probably won’t find the name Soul lee anywhere because your husband made it up. It’s sounds like a name a rap artist or DJ would create for themselves for professional purposes. Sadly, it doesn’t sound like a name that would translate well in the real world. Creative baby naming should make sense and I’m not sure this name does. Anyway, I would pronounce Soulee as “sue-lee” myself so if you want Soul [name]Lee[/name] (sole-lee), I think you may have to spell it this way with two separate names or maybe Soul [name]Leigh[/name]. I second [name]Soleil[/name]. The pronunciation is similar and it’s legit. It’s also quite uncommon, so it fits the bill if your husband is looking for something unique.

To answer your question Yes [name]Mischa[/name], My husband and I did agree on our sons name I was the one who thought of it and he agreed to it so this time he wanted to choose the name I think he got the name from [name]Soleil[/name] [name]Moon[/name] Frye after reading the replies i looked up [name]Soleil[/name] and saw that He just didnt pronounce it right.
Well, thank goodness it’s actually [name]Soleil[/name] and not Soul [name]Lee[/name]. That’s a relief!
